Overall, this is a pretty good game. It's really fun to play, especially with other people to control one of the other characters on your side. My only problem with that would be the camera when you move too far apart. It messes people up, but it's only a minor thing.
It also does well sticking to the Star Wars story line, with the added LEGO-esque features, of course. The music works alongside the action just fine, and the customization is great. The game is basically a combination of the first two, so if you'd rather have prequel or original trilogy exclusive characters walking around, just buy those games instead.
Overall, great Star Wars game. It's nowhere near as great as Star Wars Battlefront games for example, but it's definitely more kid-friendly. It's too bad that LEGO Star Wars and the Clone Wars series are taking becoming more of what people see of Star Wars recently. It's definitely not as preferable as seeing a more realistic-looking Darth Vader or Han Solo on shirts and stuff, but all that is beside the point.
I definitelly recommend the game. Enjoy, and "may the Force be with you".
Rated 10 out of 10 by Shawn Pickett An outstanding game
This game is perfect, a comical retelling of the Star Wars saga using Lego Mini-figs. The cut scenes retell the story with a bit of tongue in cheek humor that in and of itself makes the game worth playing through. The levels have two kinds of puzzles, ones that must be solved to advance through the level, and others that can not be solved in story mode, but that you have to come back and solve in free play mode using various characters you unlock as you play through the game. That in itself means you'll play through every level at least twice, and enjoy it. Add to that the various challenge missions, and you have uniquely satisfying gaming experience that both hard core and casual gamers should be able to enjoy. Multi-player on this game is innovative as well, with the ability for a second player to pick up a controller at any time and join in the fun, and just as easily, one of the players can put down the controller and walk off while the other player continues on with the game. This game is a must have for your library.

This is the LEGO game that made LEGO games. I had the original Lego Star Wars and Lego Star Wars II for the Gamecube and I spent endless hours playing them. I only traded them in because I got this game for the Wii, and I recently got it as a gift for the XBOX 360. For the wii, the motion control is not what I thought it would be, but it's still fun. For the XBOX 360, the graphics are better and the achievements are all attainable (unlike the ones for other games that are like IMPOSSIBLE to get). I spent hours and hours with this game. Everyone who played with LEGOs at a younger age, and likes star wars, should play this game. It's sooo fun. You play through all six episodes, plus you can unlock more characters. If you enjoy the original 6 episodes, play this game. However, the new game coming out, the Clone Wars one. I'm not expecting much of that one. It's based on the cartoon series, that is a complete joke. I highly recommend this product.

Rated 9 out of 10 by andrewpbeast Best Lego Game
This is, to begin with, the best lego videogame. Why is it? Well let's start witht he graphics. They are just average lego-ish graphics. Good visuals, but nothing special. The gameplay is the best since your running around and beating up storm-troopers most the time, which is very satisfying. You can create and buy your own characters, and there are many possible creations. There are a lot of levels, ranging from every Star Wars movie created. I am not a big Star Wars fan, but I like the series and using lightsabers and lazer guns are so fun to use. The game has full co-op, offline and online. The gameplay is very fun and the controls work. Well, I guess there isn't anything else to say about the gamwe, so let's go on to the pros and cons. PROS: Fun gameplay, Star Wars adds a very fun mix, great co-op, leangthy adventure. CONS: Can get very repetitive, sometimes the game gives no clue on what to do or where to go. CONCLUSION: If your going to get a LEGO game, get this one. If you are looking for a good platformer, this is good to pick up too. The force was strong with this game.
Rated 10 out of 10 by GaminSince86 One of the best rated E games for the 360!
I usually don’t play that many rated E games, because they always seem low budget. I cant believe how good this game is for a rated E game. I play games that most would consider to be hardcore and this is a better game than most of them. There’s to much to say about what makes this game so good. The gameplay is fun, the story is really funny, it has tons of levels to play though, and it has all the good Star Wars music to go with it. This is overall one of the best rated E games for the 360 on the market. The lasting appeal for this game is really high with all the unlockables and secrets found within the levels. Its nice to play a well designed fun game without all the Rated M stuff for a change. I look forward to playing all the Lego games now. They have become one of my favorite types of video games that I would highly recommend to anyone.
Rated 10 out of 10 by Lego man Almost Perfect!
Lego Star wars: The complete saga was a very fun experience. The entertainment value of this game is definitely a ten. The jedi experience, using the force and light sabers were definitely fun, but this is a bit to much to pay for it. This is the best lego game to date. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes to have fun that lasts a long time and who ever likes the Star Wars story line. This game mixes humor with fun and the sound track is phenomenally great. The game is not to easy, not to hard, but just right. The co-op is very fun to play with a friend or alone. This game is definitely better than most games available, entertainment wise. The fun never grows old, and the laughs keep coming, but the entertainment is the best thing about the game. It is one of my favorite games for the 360.
Rated 10 out of 10 by Sbach21 Awesome Game!!
This is the best Star Wars Game I've ever played. The graphics are amazing and it's so fun to play. It follows along with each of the Star Wars movies with alot of funny parts added to make you laugh. It has a ton of unlockable characters from the movies and is full of many challenges that will keep you coming back for more. Each level contains different goals and items to collect. The more items you collect the more characters you can unlock. Some of the enemies are challenging so when you pass a mission it feels like you really accomplished something. The music is also very good and it has the classic Star Wars feel to it like it does in the movies. This is one of those games that you can play for 15 minutes or 2 hours and still have a ton of fun playing. Star Wars Complete Saga Rocks!!!
Rated 10 out of 10 by super stephen Definitely the best lego series game
Lego star wars by most would be considered the best game lego has ever helped create, the story line is magnificent. If you have watched the films it follows the main plot of each quite closely, each episode having its own numerous stages. You go from pod racing in episode I to dueling sith lords in further episodes. It's great and will have you recalling various scenes which are definitive to the star wars series. I want to add that the game has a ton of characters spread out across the whole franchise history that will bring back some good memories. The game play is creative with puzzle-like problems, but at the same time possesses very little challenge to the older gamer. In all I would recommend this game to most anyone. You get a lot of bang for your buck, and it's very lengthy.
Rated 9 out of 10 by mitchinator Best Lego Game So Far...
Lego Star Wars was the game that I wouldn't stop playing when I was little. I had a t-shirt, a birthday party, and scavenger hunt all involving Lego Star Wars. And though this is not my favorite game of all time, it is easily on my top 25 list. You play your way through an insane amount of levels. There are ten, fifteen minute chapters, for every movie. That means that there are sixty missions that will take you fifteen hours to complete on your first play through. I will always love this game. The graphics are also great, and they actually make you feel like you are in the movies. Now of course, I did not like the Star Wars prequels, but they are the better missions in this game! (except for the phantom menace) Though missions are sometimes dull, you can always make it more fun with a friend. Two player is fun, and you can play all of the missions with a someone. This really adds to the game. Although some puzzles are a pain, that is really the only complaint that I had with the game. But yes, this is a lego game, so expect the super long and drawn out boss battle. These get very boring, but the game is still awesome. Overall, you would be as boring as the Phantom Menace if you don't get this game for young children or yourself.
