If you've played any Tom Clancy game, you know the basics: save the world by shooting the bad guys. Continuing off the storyline of GRAW, GRAW 2 keeps the same controls and interfaces, for the most part, yet improved them to the point where even someone who's never played a shoot'em up before and move around easily. Team control is much easier than in GRAW, and much more support is granted. Snipers and antitank gunners are now options when choosing you men, and a wider variety of weapons is available at each ammo refill point. And the best part of all: you can be healed! That's right, there are no cheat codes for this game, you actually have to play by the rules. But you don't have to worry about losing too much health anymore. You will always have someone on your team that has medpacks, and ammo refill points heal you completely. So if you enjoyed GRAW or are just playing Ghost Recon for the first time, get comfortable, 'cause you won't want to stop playing for a long time.

While most people might tell you that tactical shooting is a coverup for find one guy, wait for a clear shot, zoom in on his head, and then.... tell your teammate to shoot him. Guess what, it isn't. there are many intense firefights that require you to use your BRAIN, not just your trigger finger. I found the game to be challenging, not in that I had to play a certain part over and over again, but that i make good decisions with the support i am given. the controls might not make sense to people who have only played run and gun games but you easily get used to them. while playing through the campaign i noticed a graphics glitch. on certain guns while peering around cover i found that the gun would appear to be shooting up, while in fact you were firing forward. apart from this, great graphics. the storyline had a few unsuspecting twists, but it also had its fair share of obvious elements. Being able to look around a corner and shoot unsuspecting victims will never get old.

When I went and got this game, I knew id just love it. Ive been a fan of Tom Clancy's games since I started playing them. They are all awesome, and this one definitely tops the list. The graphics are amazing, and i love how you can use like a hundred guns. The storyline is kind of short, but well made. The whole commanding your teammates thing worked perfectly with GRAW 2. Usually controlling your teammates is really complicated, and they really dont do anything but walk and die. In GRAW 2 you control them, and tell them what to shoot at, and when to. I just love that. Also the multiplayer is awesome. You have so many options to choose from, and each one is really fun to play. And you can even do them solo which is cool. Overall it was a great game in all categories. The one thing Ubisoft did wrong, was not hinting about the game so much. One day it wasnt there, and the next they were there. If Ubisoft gave a heads up, they probably would have had more people buy it.

Imma be honest, I did NOT wanna get this game at first. I figured because it's so sold I would have a 15 minute campaign and then MAYBE find ONE person to shoot on Live. But I was in serious need of some games, so I got it.
GREAT GAME!!! The campaign is actually pretty decent (and you don't have stupid AI that just walk out in the open, die, and fail your mission) and I have fun doing single player. But the multiplayer is BOMB!!! 90% of the time I find rooms that are almost (if not) full! And I'm still a n00b at shooters due to owning a Wii for so long, but I still have fun, and I have killed many h4xx0rs and elites, so even if you're a n00b you can have fun!!!
The graphics are great, although I am dissapointed with the low blood settings the game is on. The sound is good, and the controlls are easy to use. The campaign has ok replay value, but when you have multiplayer it doesn't matter. Overall a good game and great buy, and I can't wait for the new one!

Tom Clancy has done it again. I remember playing GRAW 1 & 2 on the PC and hating it. Playing it on the 360 has definitely changed my mind. The game is relatively difficult. Has a great storyline, and the replay value is excellent. Definitely a game you can sit down and play with friends over and over or play via Live and always enjoy it. One of my problems with it is there is no Combat Medic class for multi-player, which I think would have helped out immensely. Also the ability to take cover along the walls like you could in single player would have been a nice touch as well. But overall an excellent game. The storyline was great and kept me going, even till the end. Wish the DLC for it would keep coming out. One other issue I have had with it, which I think is more on the Live end of the software, I find myself having to redownload the DLC for it as it refuses to recognize it occassionally.
Rated 10 out of 10 by Macks Love GRAW2!
very nice game for the price! The online play is awesome and endless! The story is good but short but makes its point. This is the next best game to me other than Vegas 2. Ghost Recon is great because of team placement and strategy. You actually have to think before you put your team in a situation. If you dont think someone gets hit and goes down. Your teamates do what you tell them and you can even see from their perspective by switching views. You get an array of weapons to choose from and you better choose wisely or you will be repeating a scene over and over again!! GRAW2 is pretty realistic as well with nice graphics and intense gun fights. The controls do take some getting use to but when you get it down things flow nice. Get this game and go through the story mode a few times to brush up on your skills. When you have done that get online and really test your skills with other plays and a tougher enemy!! To sum it up, you cant go wrong with this game! You will love it and be counting the days down for the next one to come out this October! Ghost Recon Future Soldier...

I just got this game yesterday. It is very fun, and action packed. You get to control your own army, which is really cool. They even take cover smartly!!!!!!!!! The gameplay is great, and the graphics are too!!!!!!!! The explosions look awesome, and there is some blood too when you shoot people!!!! There are a lot of "recon" soldiers with you, and you even get to see the action in their perspective!!!!!!!!!! There are lots of really cool weapons, from machine guns to pistols to rifles to shotguns!!!!! There are also different grenades, and even explosive charges!!!!!!! These are really fun to use, but you have to use them wisely and strategically. I have not yet played it on Xbox Live, but I've heard great things about it. I think you can even do online co-op two player mode!!!!!!!! Overall, this is a great game for a great price. I recommend it to anybody who likes shooter or war games!!!!!

If they don't put an option to remove the skull that pops up above your head online then i will not purchase. How realistic is it when you can't even hide in some tall grass because everyone can see this giant blinking skull above your head?!?? That is ridiculous. Ghost recon is supposed to be about being sneaky, being a ghost....i'm a huge ghost recon fan, played ghost recon2 (and summit strike) on regular xbox nonstop....however i wasn't pleased at all w/ GRAW1. I played the Graw2 demo (online and campaign) and I will say the demo map is a lot more full and jungle like (like the old ghost recons) which is good. GRaw1's maps were too open and there wasn't any crazy weather like fog, thunderstorms, sandstorms, etc like in the other ghost recons.....I think maybe people complained about that and they are going to make these maps a lot better but i will only buy on 1 condition.
Rated 10 out of 10 by xboxlover3245 Just by the demo..
Just by the demo I knew I could get this game. It reminds me of the games I used to play like Socom Navy Seals for the ps2 but a totally updated interface and mission status. At a low price this game can simply blow your mind and get you addicted for hours. Even the completely challenging and long story line is not compared to the 2-16 players online multiplayer. After just a second of playing this with my friends I was totally satisfied and ready to buy it myself. But if you are looking forward to these story line and do not have xbox live get G.R.A.W. one first it is completely suggested. Since I do not have Graw 1 I am not into the campaign but it is very challenging and I will do it any day of the week no matter if its first or 2nd. With a mix of other games like another review said I totally agree. Advanced Warfighter is the next generation of our shooter games. Thank you.

Ever since i first played Ghost Recon Advnced Warfigher, I've learned to love pretty much all tom clancy games. This game stands out the most in my opinion, the demo for the 360 is simply beautiful as far as graphics go and the gameplay is to die for, you can control everything without using button combos and its easy to learn how to play. The gameplay, is great because you can use many cool accessories on your own and the third person is great for this game. I thought id never say that because ive always liked 1st person shooters more like COD because I was just used to it, but even if your not a third person shooter lover this game will make you one no doubt. My opinion download the demo from the xbox live marketplace its only 30 minutes, but if you move fast enough you can get pritty far. This game is great and the release is just around the corner, can't wait!
