by SeeStream123 absolutely amazing.
first game in the FIFA series that i played. i found it to be very entertaining. the soundtrack in the game is great, the music was selected perfectly. the gameplay is so much fun, i am glad i started on FIFA 13 (although i did get my hands on a copy of FIFA '04!) the mechanics, the graphics, all perfect. i would definitely suggest this to a friend. if possible, get yourself a copy! you won't regret it.

Before i fell in love with FIFA i was always playing Pro Evolution Soccer. Of course there are going to be differences in each game. i stopped playing PES because i felt that every year has been the same gameplay so i tried FIFA out again. mind you the last FIFA game i played was on the N64. I"m really not the type of person who plays online so i stick to the career modes or play one on one with a friend. one thing i loved about PES was the career mode, something that i hoped to find in FIFA although FIFA career mode was good. in PES from the last time i played it you started off with a overall that sucked which meant your gonna be in a weak team every game you played depending on how good you play gave you skill points at the end of each game. after every season teams look for you. to make things short you start from the bottom up. that"s what i wanted from FIFA. i didnt lied the fact that once you create your virtual player and head to career mode you can choose any team. its really unrealistic.i played PES 13 and it was pretty good. But i hope FIFA 13 does more to single player modes. I love FIFA franchise and hopefully they make a great game out of FIFA 13

Rated 10 out of 10 by llShiftll Best FIFA yet!
I have been playing FIFA for the past 5 years since FIFA 08, and this FIFA has yet to be my favorite one of all time. Since I'm the type who always plays online, back in the day, the holding A trick used to be so lame and cheap to us gamers who played FIFA quite ocassionally, however, now they removed all that and now we're able to juke people more often. The graphics are really great, Ultimate Team is even funner this year, and the skill games man, too fun to play but is quite difficult sometimes :P I'd recommend this to anyone who is very into soccer, and there are a few new leagues to the game now, and now Career mode in enhanced significantly as well. Good luck to all you who play DIVISION now on Ultimate Team finally, no more regular games and Tournaments ;D. Cheers.
Rated 9 out of 10 by SpruseJohnson Updated version of last year’s game with a few goo
For the most part this is just an update of last year’s game, updated roster, updated uniforms and updated leagues do if you have played Fifa 12 this will feel just the same to you. I am not insinuating that is a bad thing seeing as this game in my opinion is a top flight game no matter what they did or did not do to it, more just pointing out that much of it will feel the same if you have played previous versions of it. They have added the Saudi league which I am guessing for some is a plus, but unless you are one of those folks it will not add anything to you other than another option to go after players in the transfer market. Speaking of the transfer aspect of the game, they have updated it to make that part so much more realistic which is a huge step forward for this franchise when it comes to realism. Also, this year you have the option, once you prove yourself in career mode to be offered the chance to coach national teams which is a nice addition. Finally, if you are managing a team that might have the option of playing in the Champions League or Euro League, in your first year unlike previous versions of the game you can set it to where you can have your team in them from word go which again is a nice addition.

Rated 6 out of 10 by Tulbag EA Needs to get it Together
Offline play is decent, however this game is infuriating when it comes to online play. Whether it is random player switching or the game judging passes completely incorrectly (switches to a player completely out of the play rather than the sensible target). The implementation of the Division system for Ultimate Team would be a good way to separate the different skill levels among the Fifa community, except it does not really account for skill, but instead just luck. The online community consists of beginners (which is perfectly fine), and then those who use unfair tactics that are left in the game by EA which allow those who are unskilled to prosper. These unfair tactics include "ping-pong" passing which is when a player uses automatic passing and smashes the A or X button to consistently pass around your team which ultimately will lead to a shot. Also, defending is a broken concept. Instead of having to contain an opponent by yourself by controlling the defenders and cutting off the lanes, one can simply hold the A button once again and the defender will automatically contain and track the player with the ball. Some people may find these things to be fun, however if you are actually interested in using skill to get the advantage, this is not the game for you.
Rated 9 out of 10 by MCH51287 More in depth, career and gameplay, best yet
I was stuck on playing FIFA10 for the longest time, i coudln't get myself to buy another one after 11 came and the gameplay was so much slower. I finally manned up and got 13. I love how in depth the career modes go and the tutorials. It really helps gauge your skill level. Apparently I'm way worse than I let on. I did have a glitch in my first career mode that i started. It kept freezing up when i would go to the loading screen before the game started. It only seemed to happen with Crew Alexander though so no disappointment i didn't want to play on that team anyway! Great game, killed 4 1/2 hours of my day on it yesterday...that's not going to change for a while.
Rated 9 out of 10 by Bape01 Better than Fifa 12 & any football game out there
This game is just amazing, it's just a lot better than Fifa 12. With all the new features this game is just incomparable to any football game. The new features help a lot in the game, it gives the game a lot of realism. Also with the new additions when playing manager mode. There is a new and cooler way of purchasing footballers. I'm not going to say much in detail b/c I don't want to spoil anything for anyone who is indecisive about purchasing this game. Overall there are many things that give this game an excellent rating and if you're still thinking about purchasing this game you're over-thinking it and you should just buy it. You won't regret your choice.
