Fatal Inertia is a racing game with jet cars, its pretty fun if you do a quick race with your friends but if you play career its hard and annoying, this is more of a party game you would play with your friends, cause you can't really customize anything but color and there isn't a lot of tracks either. You can also choose what kinda climate it is rain morning night and time of day. I don't even own this game it's my brothers so I like never play unless he wants to. But something thats fun is you can leave the course and drive around anywhere you want plus you can also pick up mini weapons to use I don't know how to use them I just always see cpus doing it. Oh and you can blow up real easily like if you crash in to something then the car flips around and goes of course which is really annoying. Overall this is a pretty good game to play with your friends.

feel like wasting some time? check out fatal inertia. a few games like this were made in the past and were quite good too. fatal inertia brings the action to the xbox 360 and gives a good show having some heart pumping racing against 7 other players on or offline. i decided to give it a shot and i'd say it was well worth it. its a tough game with 3 classes of racing through a variety of environments that keep the game different. it may become frustrating though due to difficulty or of track design. the vehicle variety is terrible having only 4 ships to choose from, but is made up by supplying a large list of customizable parts and paints. overall, if you enjoy racing games, ie, with ships, than check out fatal inertia.

The 360 is badly in need of a quality futuristic hover-racing title. Quantum Redshift for the original Xbox was OK, but it didn't recapture the near-perfect racing gameplay of the Wipeout series on the original Playstation. I am hoping that Fatal Inertia keeps the main focus on the racing and doesn't overdo the combat element, which should be kept to the minimum amount necessary to add a bit of extra strategy to the racing. To one of the other posters: Quantum Redshift is compatible with the Xbox 360. If it wasn't on the original compatibility list it has been added sometime since then.

Looks a lot like Quantum Redshift for orig. Xbox. I disagree with the previous review that suggests this game will be a remake or unoriginal. From I read in Xbox magazine they're doing a lot to add unique weapons, grappel hooks to slingshot you past opponents or hook oppenets and slow them down. I was bummed when I found out that QR wasn't compatibable with the 360, so I'm looking forward to this.

This game looks like something off of the playstation one games except a whole lot better graphics cause you have to hover can we all just stick to something that has wheels that stay on the ground if we were in the 22nd century then i wouldnt care cause we would have that kinda stuff but for now can we just stick to stuff dat we drive today PLEEZE

At first this was a PS3 exclusive. it was one of the very few reasons i wanted a PS3. but since I started hearing about all the PS3 exclusives that are also coming to the xbox 360 i was over joyed. and i can easily say the the PS3 would have sucked.
