Enjoyable to play
The golem synthesis and the rather interesting battle system are the two elements that keep me interested in the game and continue to play it through to the end. It's fun to play. The game was designed for younger gamers, but the gameplay mechanics can be enjoyed by anyone. As an older gamer, I can't recommend the game for it's silly story - it's full of every cliche you might think of: annoying and corny dialoge, a thin plot and cardboard characters. Once again, another variation of a Godzilla story but this time with plotting super golems (devil golems). There are a few funny things the characters say, but most of the time I hit the 'X' button to fast forward through boring and inconsistent scenes. At times, the story is so bad I can't help but laugh at the game.

great game beat final fantasy this generation!
I bought this game a couple of years ago not knowing what to expect. It quickly became my favorite game on the xbox 360. I mostly play final fantasy type games but since 10 they have been boring with no good story. The fighting style was old school the way I liked it and the game had a great story and items and everything it was everything a game should be I wish they would put a enchanted arms 2 on the Wii u that should help them out because this game rocked!

Classic!
This was the first game I bought for the Xbox 360. Was a fantastic story and game play. Any true RPG lover has to check this game out. It isn't an option and with it being at such a low price now there is no excuse.
Lasting Appeal: 1 star for I don't play RPGs more then once.

Perfect RTS/RPG Game with a fatal flaw...
Had a friend loan this game to me, and at 1st i was skeptical cause id never heard of the game. but after the 1st few mins i was hooked. You will spend countless hours grinding lvs just to advance to the next part, but DO take your time and explore everywhere. If you just blow through the story and beat the Final Boss (Ice Queen), thats pretty much the end of that save game. you cant reload or carry ur characters over to a new save with all the items and other things. it only gives u the option of playing on xbox live with it... witch no1 does. And that is the only reason i cant give it a 10/10. not much replay value when u gotta start a 90+hour game from scratch again.

Love this game.
This game is awesome, I've had it since it came out. If your looking for a game to play for a while, this is the one, you don't have to worry about spending a lot of money and beating the story in a day. i spent over 60 hours beating it the first time through. so definitely an excellent choice to keep you busy for a while, as long as you like the RPG style.

Great game
It is a good game up to where cota atsuma's dog dies. he gets mad but after five seconds he isn't. then after kou dies and the place falls a part he does not take cota's body. i'm was upset about this. you don't kill off someones dog to awaken their power, you catch one of their friends or companions and threaten to kill them. still it is a good game just wish cota had more screen time and that atsuma didn't have to kill his own dog.

Everything is good exept..
Everything is good except for the TBS system. Its not that I don't like TBS's, but the system is on a grid, and when you move to another space, the player icon switches to the other space, not walks, but just appears. I hate to be critical, but I stopped playing after 15 minutes. I would only recommend this game to hardcore gamers who would like to spend good grinding hours into it.

Worth playing through to the end.
I admit I was a bit turned off by the fact that this game was turn-based. But, as I got through the storyline I fell in love with the characters in the game. The down-side is when players encounter bosses throughout the game they have to spend hours training to level high enough to stand a chance against them. The Ice Queen is not exception--the main characters have to be above level 60 to beat her. Again, hours of training will give gamers the only chance of surviving the Ice Queen's first battle in her Ice Castle. I highly recommend stocking up on items before any boss battle. This game is extremely hard for casual gamers, because of the countless hours of training. Overall, I wish there was a sequel of this game. It's completely worth buying, but players just need to have patience when playing this game. It is frustrating at times, since every move you make triggers a battle. But, players can use that to their advantage to skill up and grow stronger. It's worth finishing.

Epic Story
A must play Rpg for any true gamers. At first the game starts slow then build up the for a good story. The gameplay is a grid type turnbased game but it works good. The game is a little tough but thats how most good Rpgs are. Grinding to lev up to move on for more of the story and this story is worth it.
