They should have never made this game for 360, its like they just didn't even care when making this version of the game, do not pay full price for this game, do not even buy it for 360, Its terrible, the graphics are complete TRASH GARBAGE A JOKE, its XBOX/PS2 GRAPHICS!!! SO BAD!! Dragon Age 2 was millions of times better, this is just a complete waste of development, if bioware was going to basically put the least amount of effort possible into this version versus next gen versions, then why even bother making the game to begin with? LAG LAG LAG GRAPHICAL LAG AROUND EVERY CORNER!!! audio is complete trash, words mix together so its all gibberish when characters try to talk they say the first two letters of the word then say the next word, so if they are trying to say "hi how are you" you would hear, "I-w-r-u" all skipped and glitched. JUST AN ABSOLUTE ABOMINATION OF A GAME!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

While I haven't had this game for an extended period of time, what I have played of it is simply amazing. From the graphics to the sound, DA: I is heartily recommended. It does help to have some background on the Dragon Age universe to understand what's going on, but otherwise this game is excellent and on par with games such as TES 5: Skyrim. Many folks have been complaining of the font size. I was one such as this, until I switched the game viewing over to my 19 inch monitor with an HDMI cable. Since then, everything is crisp and clear as a bell.
As far as glitches go, so far I've only found a handful and one freeze up, but otherwise the game plays very smoothly with nary a hiccup in sight. Much to do and see in this game...so much so you might forget you have a main quest to accomplish. By all means, folks, take your time with this one. NOT recommended for folks who want to beat a game in a matter of hours. This game is an adventure to last you many, many hours...and possibly weeks to months. Highly recommended to RPG fanatics such as myself, and well placed in my Xbox 360 library of games.

This game was much anticipated and was really excited when was released. After playing the game all the way thru I felt very disappointed. The game is plagued with bugs, Graphics were not as good as previous versions of dragon age, no storage in game unlike every other dragon age before it I wanted so much to love this game like all the dragon age games before it but instead I felt let down by the whole experience. If this is the best they can do not my advice is to close the doors and start looking for another job because they failed at this one.

The game is a letdown, I spent 60 bucks on it and three days later I could only get $25 credit for it. The audio sound like the disc is scratched when it is brand new. The graphics are acceptable but a little choppy. The reason for the scathing review is the game is unplayable due to the font size even on a 47 inch HDTV is so small it is not legible due to the size of the text even if you literally sit two feet from the TV. You can’t see your quest objectives or make a choice on the dialogue since you can’t see the writing. The text would be size 6 font on a PC that is cut and pasted onto your TV screen. This is the only poor review I have ever written, I am not a troll, I am just butt hurt that I spent 60 bucks on an unplayable game.

terrible graphics. audio cut in and out. overall glitchy gameplan. I know that this was made for the Xbox One, but there is no reason for the graphics to look this bad. Dragonage 2 was better.
finally got mad off enough at how terrible this game was, and returned it to Gamestop, after getting stuck at the 'black loading screen of death' which is a known issue with this game. Tried to load from the Hinterlands (my last/only save spots, about 16 hours in), and the loading screen froze. Apparently I have to wait for a patch to fix this, or start a new character. No thanks.
Long time fan of the series. Severely disappointed in this game. Prior to this game, I can't remember the last game I actually returned because I hated it....

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this game. I absolutely love it. There are so many things to do in this game, the graphics are great even on xbox 360, the sound is awesome, the voice acting is great, and the soundtrack is beautiful. The world looks amazing, and the possibilities are endless. You can do anything from story missions to side missions that involve setting up camps to spread your influence over the land as a ruler, or getting armor and weapons for your army. The possibilities are so vast that you can play this game over as many times as you like and never get tired of it. This game is absolutely worth every penny of the $60 that it costs. Buy this game.

I really like this game. I am only 10 hours into it and have encountered one audio bug, which was a minor fade in and out in characters talking, and a few glitches I managed to save with switching to another character who was not stuck in the place between a hill and a wall. Overall, I thought it is a really nice experience with lots of things to do. One thing is that I play on an SD TV, so I can't read most of the words, but it is still kind of readable.

I was waiting for this game for almost a year and I'm some what let down by it. The graphics and sound aren't any better then Dragon Age 2. The new combat system is kind of weird, will take time to get use too. The story so far is alright. Not gonna write this game off yet. I'm thinking it's gonna be like DA2 for me. Didn't like it at first but then fell in love.

I didn't get into Dragon age, seriously get into it, until just a little before Inquisition came out. I had difficulties with Origins here and there, and no expectations going into Dragon age 2, so I wasn't as disappointed as most fans are. I actually rather enjoyed it for the story. When Inquisition came out, I was excited, since it was the only game I was looking forward to in the month of November for Xbox/Playstation.
Now the important part. The game is buggy. But Bioware games have always been buggy. the important part is that they're fixing the bugs quick. The graphics aren't the best, no. It's still the best looking game in the Dragon Age series. But some things look almost drawn on, like mustaches of the darker variety.
The audio.. I've played this game a lot, and my only problem they've fixed. Which was where it seemed to double over the dialogue when speaking to someone outside of a cutscene. Besides that, the game runs great as far as the audio goes. As well as them already fixing the audio problems. So it sounds great.
The combat and gameplay is great. Finally we can jump, hurrah! But in seriousness, the difficulty is amped up by adding a 'Dark Souls' style system to the potions, which resupply at camps. The actual combat is amazingly done, and the fact that if the attack doesn't hit you, it actually misses is a plus. There are some small bugs still, though in 200+ hours of playing on one character, and a nightmare Rogue going, I haven't seen any problems with combat.
The multiplayer is fun if you like dungeon crawling, which I know a lot of people aren't exactly into. But that's what the main game is for.
All in all, this game is great. I have a friend who has never played too many RPG/dragon age style games, and he picked this up and fell in love. It's not a must buy for everyone, but it's a great game regardless, and even as a casual gamer, it hooked me.

These are hands down some choppy graphics. The game concept seems to be just average. Honestly I cannot read half of the writing on the screen and I am playing on a 60' screen. Biggest letdown for me in a long time.
