Product Details:

Dishonored is an immersive first-person action game that casts you as a supernatural assassin driven by revenge. With Dishonored's flexible combat system, creatively eliminate your targets as you combine the supernatural abilities, weapons and unusual gadgets at your disposal. Pursue your enemies under the cover of darkness or ruthlessly attack them head on with weapons drawn. The outcome of each mission plays out based on the choices you make.

Improvise and Innovate - Approach each assassination with your own style of play. Use shadow and sound to your advantage to make your way silently through levels unseen by foes, or attack enemies head-on as they respond to your aggression. The flexible combat system allows you to creatively combine your abilities, supernatural powers and gadgets as you make your way through the levels and dispatch your targets. Improvise and innovate to define your play style.

Action with Meaning - The world of Dishonored reacts to how you play. Move like a ghost and resist corruption, or show no mercy and leave a path of destruction in your wake. Decide your approach for each mission, and the outcomes will change as a result.

Supernatural Abilities - Teleport for stealth approaches, possess any living creature, or stop time itself to orchestrate unearthly executions! Combining your suite of supernatural abilities and weapons opens up even more ways to overcome obstacles and eliminate targets. The game's upgrade system allows for the mastery of deadly new abilities and devious gadgets.

A City Unlike Any Other - Enter an original world envisioned by Half-Life 2 art director Viktor Antonov. Arkane and Bethesda bring you a steampunk city where industry and the supernatural collide, creating an atmosphere thick with intrigue. The world is yours to discover.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No words can describe how much I love this! I love the gameplay, graphics, setting, & story. It's as if the Assassin's Creed series & the Bioshock series had a baby! If they had Bioshock Infinite's murder of crows ability in the rat swarms place I"d go nuts!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I think the story line could use improvement This game is ok. First off the game looks the same throughout the entire game, slummy looking desolate wasteland is all you ever see throughout the entire game. The controls are responsive enough and the game is actually savable anywhere in the game, to me that's important. I love all the powers you get in the game. The part that's confusing is, well, the game is called Dishonored, you're an assassin, most or at least all of the time when the word assassin is used, it means you kill. I understand the stealth aspect of the game, what I don't get is why the game will frown upon you playing it as an Assassin. So here you are, an elite guy, you're given all these awesome powers, you can traverse time, you can manipulate objects, yada yada yada, yet the game will penalize you for doing so. What's the point in that? In short the game is dull, the storyline is uninteresting and there is 0 replay value. I would skip this game if you're looking for a good stealth game, this isn't it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have game This game is so much fun. You can play your way unseen or run and gun your choice. It ts better with all the DLC. This game makes you want to try to do better each time you play it. There is so much to find and your powers in the game are so cool you will wish you had them in real life. Bottom line BUY the GOTY edition you will not be sorry you got it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great game especially if you play stealthy. This is by far my favorite game of all time. But what really makes the game is playing it while going for the achievements for not getting spotted and not killing anyone. I didn't fully enjoy the game until I went for those achievements. If you don't like achievements then at least try to play by those rules but didn't reload a save if your spotted or kill someone. Just go with the flow and test your skill as an assassin. But whatever you do, do not play to just run through killing everyone in your path. Then the game just turns into a very slow paced first person shooter and will loose your interest very quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honor For All! Dishonored is by far my favorite game ever. Corvo is simply a kick butt assassin. Plus Daud has some pretty sick powers himself. My favs are Posssession, summon assassin, and summon.
