Just A Huge Cash Grab For Capcom
If you've already played Dead Rising 2 save your money. This version is just playing as Frank West I thought this would be fun but an hour into the game I turned it off. Every Cut scene in the game is copied and pasted from the Original it's just different lines with Frank West's voice. The combat and stuff is still fun and fine. This is only worth it if you like Frank West or you want to kill some Zombies but it's not worth anything other then lower then 20. The sales of this game are way lower then Dead Rising 2 the first one. Look up the sales or a review and decide from there I'm just saying it's a huge cash grab from Capcom just like the Street Fighter and Marvel Vs. Capcom games. Adding in more characters anyone?

The Game Modes Compared
It's a pretty long-lasting game after all, story mode is really cool because you can play as Frank West and there is a lot of new combo weapons at your disposal. Sandbox mode is for sure my favorite mode, you can finally just do what you want and play around, but single player sandbox mode does get lonely, so why not go to co-op! It's one of the funnest things to do in Dead Rising. I highly recommend this game for any one who like zombies!

Here are some hints and a review
This game is amazing! It is a lot funnier than the second. The only problems i have are that the audio preferences include that the voices are part of the sound effects so when i turn the sound effects down the voices go down with it. The other problem is the loading screens. It takes probably 30 seconds for you to press b at the bathrooms and for it to take you to the loading screens. Then it takes about 30 seconds to save. So if your okay with taking about a minute or two to save the game then its perfect for you. If some things in DR:2 annoyed you like how when Chuck would change his clothes but then you didn't like them so you put them back and he takes hours to stop staring at him self, its gone. Also the fact that Chuck can't back step is annoying. The camera system also makes this game way more fun and easier to level up. Uranus Zone also and tons of PP opportunities. Way more than DR2 could have ever offered. They also take the co-op mode into account to help you earn more PP by doing things you can only do in co-op. Like this, they have standees where you can put your face in a hole and act like a TIR racer; and if you do this in single player you get 1000PP but in multiplayer you can both do it. If one of you takes a picture of each other while your using it the person who took the picture gets around 10,000PP. This game is overall Better than all of the DR's in every way but one. In DR2 they had the TIR game mode for online and now all they have is sandbox mode. This is basically just like story mode but instead of doing all of the cases you do challenges and win your character a lot of money. You also can just go around killing zombies for the achievements and for lots of PP. While this is fun and you can do it with out going online they still should have added the TIR game mode just for fun. It was also a way quicker way to earn money than in sandbox. But Sandbox is also meant for earning PP mostly, but also money. You might think the challenges will be easy but they are extremely hard most of the time. So I would suggest preparing the correct way before you do the challenge. If it requires you to get PP have someone take pictures and the other person get and combo weapon that lasts long and gives you a lot of PP when getting kills and you should be fine. The ones that tell you to kill a certain amount of zombies, I would level up first so that you can be a lot faster cause you have a very limited amount of time on your hands. It is normally 30 seconds, then after you get to be fast get weapons that kills with one hit and have continues hits. Overall this is an amazing Zombie game, the story is amazing and you are really involved in it. Plus in sandbox mode you don't have to worry about getting Zombrex for Frank. Deffinently get the firefighter add on the cyborg add on and the warrior add on. These add on's help a lot in the game. The firefighter helps you rescue survivors faster, invulnerable to fire, special attacks with fireman weapons, plus a sick pedophile mustache. The cyborg makes you look like the terminator, and makes you have electric fist and body which hurts a zombie when they touch you and or try to crab on to you. The warrior one lets you level up faster and gives you special attacks with the training sword and shield. There might be other effects but these are the ones i remember. I would recomend you buy this right now!

The Meat is Always Tastier Around the Bone
The backbone of this title is the story and set of stories which this game pulls off near perfectly. The villains, which are numerous are all over the top, vividly interesting, and all unique contrasts of each other. The cut scenes are amazingly well done with subtle movements and intricate animation work done that really brings Frank West (hero) mainly and near equally all the other important characters to life. There is a mystery in this game and not one but two twists if you complete the game with the "S" Ending, as well as roughly 1-2 hrs of extra story game play as an award. In itself, has lots of replay value. Not only the story should get a 9 but the gameplay a 10 for the fact you're playing 5 or so genres of game at once and they work perfectly together. You have your normal weapons ranging genres from firearms, bladed, bludgeon, novelty, gag weapons, and two handed specialty weapons but you also can combine a certain pair of them to make a fusion of abilities, for instance water gun and fire extinguisher makes a freeze gun. The replay value is vast since this game combines the best of all worlds, an fps with firearms, a beat em up with all the melee weapons, a racer with all the vehicles like dirt bikes, motor cycles, cars in the game. A simulation game since you can customize Frank's entire appearance with apparel found throughout the game. As well as an RPG allowing you to gain levels up to 50, increasing your stats, amount of items you can carry, and money carries on from your save whether you want to restart with stats midgame or endgame, there are "no" stipulations. You can gain 20 levels, restart the story at level 20 with all your existing cash, but none of your items though. I never give 10s for games because they are never "perfect", which is why I didn't give this game one, but I can't remember the last time I had this much fun. Great example of how a game storyline far surpasses theatrical releases of its genre today. Directors of movies are egotistical and will not change how he does things or how he tells the story, not desiring critiques from anyone. Game stories are a collaborative process. This is a kind of game that I'd want them to turn into a movie, but I just know the Director would want to make it "His" and screw it up, like Anderson did with the Resident Evil franchise. Bad thing about this game though, glitches, physics issues where you reload and your physics are colliding through the ground a bit causing a jittery effect, goes away as soon as you exit the room. Various other bugs which are minor, but won't go away until you reset the game. For instance you reload a game and your time clock constantly clicks and won't stop. You would have to turn off your game, and restart it, reloading won't do a thing. And if you don't believe Frank West's character looks like Dan Aykroyd from Tommy Boy you need your eyes checked.

I recamond this game because it's fun and it's about that a guy is beating up zombies and stuff you make a lot things you find by getting two things then you make and that's it so I think you should get it

If you liked the second . . .
I have to say, If you were a fan of Dead Rising 2 (Like me), You will probably love this game. The Gameplay is however exactly the same as in Dead Rising 2, just as Frank West. If you played Dead Rising 2 the single player gets old very fast, BECAUSE it is the same thing as DR2, although it is interesting to see what some things would be like If you were Frank West. It has no Long Lasting appeal other than the Co-Op, in which case, it is the most fun Co-Op Experience you could have. The Achievements are also very easy to get, I got 16 Achievements without even trying within 3 hours, So don't worry about trouble of 100%-ing it.
