Rated 3 out of 10 by Deranged55 Fun game, if it was 1990.
I thought this game might have potential as a good sleeper. I was right, it put me to sleep. I felt like I was playing a game from the early 90's. There have been references of Twisted Metal meets Left 4 dead and that would be cool, but this wasn't even close. You can't really see the zombies that well and you can't see your guns shoot either, you can just hear them. In sigle player, everything is locked, so your stuck playing the same game over and over until you get familiar with the gameplay. I tried to play multiplayer, but only heard crickets. I guess nobody else bought the game (smarter than me). It's obvious that Activision wanted to take advantage of the recent zombie craze, partnered with some developer willing to slap something together. It was a real disappointment and a waste of $50.

Twisted Metal gameplay+Zombies= Fun I know everyone including magazines are giving this game bad reviews. All of the levels have a interesting and fun design although there arent a lot of them they are large in size. The cars are nicely varied, theres eight of them. They all have different handling characteristics, you cant sling the rear end around in a wrecker but the smaller vehicles are nimble and responsive. Overall the controls are very good for the kind of game it is. I remember the original twisted metal games had terrible graphics and even worse controls and you would hit invisible bumps or walls that would send you sliding uncontrollably for a mile. Anyways, the weapons arent as varied but just as effective once you get a feel for the game with useful powerups littered around the tracks. The backstories for the characters arent detailed but they dont need to be and a lot of detail went into the zombies and theres even a aim assist which youll notice with time. Lastly there are people online you just gotta be patient. Theres a game type called king of the skull(griff ball from halo but with cars and zombies) that is very fun online. So buy the game if you enjoy games like this cause it is good, you can see your weapons fire and you can see the zombies. The other people who reviewed this game must be playing on a old school 15 inch tv, i got a walmart 32 inch hdtv and everythings clearly visible even at high speeds. Hope this is helpful.

Hey , This one was flying under the radar. It's a fast paced game , making it hard to see the Zombies . It's not until you come to a full stop that you get a good view of them . Different vehicles and perks that you choose. Tried going multiplayer but no luck. Need more people to find out about this one.

Well if it IS then, IT'S A ZOMBIE FROM THE ORIGINAL XBOX. It is ???? How do I explain it , not worth the cash, to play a game that looks like its thrown together with old Xbox technology. Sorry my opinion

You run over zombies with cars against players. This game was pretty bad. Very boring, bad graphics, and its a carmageddon ripoff. I expected a little better from this game.
