Very Fun DLC
For those picking up the original Borderlands before moving on to the sequel (you should), grab this Zombie DLC. The fact that they joined the Zombie bandwagon alone if humorous and they really ran with it. The Zombie mode is very accessible and easy jump into, you will find lots of humour and fun inside. Although the Zombies are a bit soft, they throw them at you in massive hordes to balance out and there is a nice variety of Zombie types. For a measly 10 bucks or 800points you will get quite a few hours of fun. Get it or they will come eat your brains and intarwebs.

A twisted tale of deliciousness.
Dr. Ned's Zombie Island is an extravagant DLC well worth the $10 it is put up for. You simply go to one of the teleporters and choose Jakob's Cove and you are put there. The main plot is focused around a zombie infested island to where people are trying to live day by day. A man by the name of Dr. Ned who is focused on finding a cure asks you to come and help him on the way. So along the way of fighting off hordes of zombies, dealing with spitting defilers, and putting up with a mad man, this is one piece of DLC that if your a zombie fan you might want to download it.

Good but left me wanting more.
It probably didn't help that I played General Knoxx's secret armory first because Zombie Island of Dr. Ned was fun but it wasnt challenging enough for me. I was disappointed when the zombies just dissolved with one bullet. I only got about 1 xp per zombie. Although that being said, I liked the story and there were some funny parts to it. Its just I was using my character which was a level 45 and all the bad guys were level 37 and below. That was the only disappointing part for me. It just wasnt challenging enough. My friend and I ended up beating it in 3 hours.

2nd fav BL dlc
This dlc is my 2nd fav, right after knoxx. Many would argue claptrap is the best dlc, but it didn’t have anything really new. It was basically everything in previous dlcs/the actual game, with a robot slapped to there head, so they are reanimated as a cyborg. 99% of what’s in that dlc we have already faced before. This dlc however, is a completely new take on the game. It’s zombies. They don’t hold weapons, they are very slow, very dumb, but if they get close, each bite takes a huge chunk out of shields/hp. So the whole point is keep your distance, or finish them off before they close the distance. And it’s not JUST “typical” zombies. There’s ones that vomit and if hit by it blurrs your vision, there’s midget zombies, Skagzombies (basically warewolves), tankenstines (huge zombies that are like tanks), even crimson Lance zombies (that drop there turrets like the soldier class) etc. The usual “shoot, then duck behind cover till shields charge, then shoot, rinse and repeat” will get you killed in zombies, you must adapt to a different type of game play. The story itself is solid, has a good plot, and many memorable moments. There’s no level cap increase, or huge armory to raid, but the game play is very fun. I recommend this to everyone.

Amazing Zombie DLC for BL
This was a great DLC pack, I got my pack from the GOTY edition of Borderlands. This DLC is a great buy if you dont already have it. It adds about 4-6 hours to the game, has a couple trophies/achievments to earn and a whole bunch of new guns. Some of the best guns in the game. New asalt rifles, sniper rifels, rocket launchers and some prety awesome pistols/side-arms. The writeing and charecters for the pack areof course funny. The enemys in the pack are, of course, zombies. Now there is the reguler zombies, which die in one headshot, to zombie versions of actual enemys in the game (zombie phsyco, zombie migets, zombie flameing psycos etc..) all in all a great pack and a must buy. For 10 bucks or 8000 microsoft points (i think, idk,i dont own an xbox) its a great DLC pack. Its not as good as Undead nNghtmare but still its a must have.
