HORI Xbox 360 FPS Assault Pad EX
Perfect for bigger hands
I have pretty big hands and they get tired after holding my controllers for too long. this controller fits my hands perfectly. I wasn't very sure whether to to buy this or not because people said that it was too big but i decided to try it out. I am satisfied with its size. It also has a soft, rubberized surface and feels really comfortable in my hands. It has other features like remappable buttons, an extra pair of left and right bumpers, a target button, sensitivity setting, different analog sizes, and LED lights. Most of these extras are pretty useless though. The target button is supposed to lower the speed of the right analog so it will help you aim better, but the problem is that it slows it down way too much. The sensitivity option is pretty useless. The analog settings are similar to FPS Freeks but it really isn't needed as the controller is big itself. The LED lights change color (from blue to red) when the controller vibrates. Its pretty cool to look at but if your room isn't brightly lit the light is very bright and can be really distracting, thankfully, you can turn it off. I didn't have any problems with the remappable buttons and extra bumpers. I was pretty satisfied with these overall, some of the extras don't work right but extras are just extras. the controller itself works fine for me, and fits comfortably in my hands. i would like to note that this isn't for people with smaller hands. This controller is bigger than the original Xbox 360 controller. If your hands fit the originals nicely i would not recommend this controller.
D-Pad too small
I like everything about this controller (with the exception of the title header). Analog sticks feel nice, triggers and bumpers are high quality. I don't use the programming feature. The option to decrease aiming sensitivity on the right stick is nice, but rarely used. After a couple weeks I am back to using my HORI Gem Pad EX. A much smaller controller, with a much larger (Super Nintendo-sized) d-pad.
