WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010
Use gamecube controllers over wii controllers.
When I first played this game I hated using the wii controller. I used the gamecube cantroller I had and the controls were easier. The road to wrestlemania is kinda short, but the best part is creating your own story. The creating a finisher was fast and I still love hearing the name of it. It took me some time to learn how to win inferno matches. Overall the game is great and exciteing and I made some choices on the road to wrestlemania.
The best wii svr to date
Svr 2010 is the best wwe game out for the wii. The gameplay is great. It is very easy t learn and once u got it down you win almost every match. 08 and 09 lacked the features u saw on the other consles this one has almost all the new features u see on the other consles. Also they switched the motion control to the nunchuck stick. So ultimate control moves are easier to pull of. The road to wrestlemania mode is the same, story desinger is good and they finally added the elimination chamber on the wii. The bad thing about the elimination chamber is that u can't defend titles in it. This game packs alot of replay value. This game is my favorite game for the wii. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who owns a wii or any other system. This game is BEAST!
This game is really fun if your a big WWE fan. But if you do get it, I definitely recommend using the gamecube controller. With the gamecube controller I thought it made the grapples way easier.
it has great graphics but it just has some gliches and when i press a button it does not work come on thats not fair
THQ has done it once again.
Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 is a very great game and for once, I don't feel like the Wii version was a watered-down port of the other next gen versions. Ever since Smackdown vs. Raw 2006, I have been waiting for the chance to create my own storylines with any of the current superstars that I wanted to. Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 gave me that chance. The graphics are also pretty decent and I was pleased by the return of legends in this Smackdown vs. Raw. The new WWE Rivals feature is also a welcome addition along with the Create-A-Finisher mode which was not included into the previous Wii Smackdown vs. Raw titles. I also noticed an advantage over the PS3 and XBOX360 versions. Whenever you wanted to place a created superstar into your created storylines on the other next gen consoles, there was a limit to how many times your created superstars could be included. The Wii version does not have this limitation. The only major hitch that I noticed was slight control responce problems, but these could be overlooked. All in all, I would say that this is a great product to pick up for any WWE fans out there.
Ive had this game for over a year now and its one that i always go back to. There are quite a few different match types and there are multiple things that you can do in each match. There are tons of superstars so you can be each one once and never get board. The create a superstar is good. There are multiples ways that you can make a superstar. The create a move set part is okay, its simple but is time consuming if you really want to customize everything about your superstar. The only part that Im not completly pleased with is create a finisher. Sometimes you dont get the right moves after you pick one, and sometimes the move doesnt flow right. The changes to the Royal Rumble match are cool. You can use you use your finishers to eliminate two people at once. The Road to Wrestlemania feature is okay, could of been longer though. And the story creater feature is cool. Overall its a good game this will keep you coming back time and time again.
This game is awesome.the graphics are amazing.definately better than other SVR games. SVR 2010 is awesome!!!!!!!
AWESOMENESS COMES BACK TO SvR!!!
For years i play svr games and they are good but not good enough to make me "wowed". so i bought 2010 for wii and it is AWESOME!!!!THe Controls are good and instead of swinging your arm for a hit just press A button.thq added tons of matches to keep you busy. road to wrestlemania is back but now you can use caws (aka created wrestlers) in rtwm. i mean who wouldn't want a wrestler that looks like yourself to beat professional wrestlers.also there is something called "superstar thread" that alowes you to change the color of superstars' attire. create a finisher is back but better than 2009.in this mode, you create a finishing move for your wrestlers. also you can change who is alies with who and who is rivals with who in 'wwe rivals' mode. also you can choose who gets to be champion like if i want jeff hardy wwe champion i click on the current wwe champion (randy orton if you haven't scattered the champion) then find jeff hardy and he is THE NEW WWE CHAMPION!!!HE IS JEFF HARDY !!! lol copied announcer. anyways the graphics of this game are ok wish it was like ps3 or 360 but eh it won't change the fact that WWE SvR (Smackdown! vs Raw ) 2010 IS THE BEST WWE GAME IN THE UNIVERSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wanted this game more than anything last december. But when I got it I was a little depressed. First, you can't swing the wii remote and it do somthing, kinda defeats the purpose of having it for the wii. the road to wrestlemania's are a very hard and can be a little ridiculos when it comes to the stipulations. And lastly they really didn't improve the graphics, still kinda looks like a game for the gamecube. But enough of the negative lets think positive, the create a supeerstar is great, create a story is good, and there are plenty of unlockable people and things such as arenas and championships and mainly legends. Not many cheat codes for it though, the roster is bigger than last years smackdown vs. raw, and last but not least they have the inferno match finnally.
Pretty good, for the Wii
Overall:It's pretty good, even if some matches are hard to win b/c of the controls. The graphics kinda stink, though. I think it's the best wwe game on the wii.(Yet!)
