Apparently, this game is supposed to help you stay fit. I don't think it does that good of a job. The Balance Board fails, IMO. It can't really get your actual weight that well. It's annoying to stand on a board to play a game. And how is the board supposed to know if I'm doing something right or not? It's right sometimes (I'll give it that), but not always. Don't expect too much from this game.

This game is not necessarily a "gamer's" game. But if your someone who doesn't enjoy working out alone, like myself, this game is perfect! The trainer is good at walking you through the exercises. I have definitely seen improvements in my coordination and strength. As a side note, Wii Plus is a must have if you get this game.

This is a oerfect game for those who love sports gaming and the wii balance board makes it that much better whether your trying to loose that thanksgiving turkey or if you just love motion gaming its a great overall game i give it 2 thumbs up 3 if i had 3!!!!!

This is a good way to keep fit it has many fun games to play. I wish it may have a little bit more games but still this game is fun. I love the aerobics and strength training i would recommend this game.

This is actually a good game.I only play the game for 30 minutes,but you would get tired pretty fast.
