Ultimate band is awesome. First off you can completely customize your band (4 people, m or f) and name them. As you progress through story mode, you get tokens to buy new clothes, instruments, etc. The dialogue in story mode also isn't bad. It's not slow or anything and the characters sound excited! The music choices aren't bad at all and honestly it's what the 7 bucks. The controls take some getting used to though.
not that good
it has pretty goode songs, but not as good as guitar hero rock band, and DJ hero.so pretty bad, but i guess it is alright
i love this game!!! besides the fact that it has my two favorite bands (Paramore and My Chemical Romance) it has great variety of songs. From pop/rock to emo/punk. this is a great game. my fave songs in ultimate band are .......................................................
Crushcrushcrush by Paramore
Helena by My Chemical Romance
Move Along by The All -American Rejects
Complicated by Avril Lavigne
The ultimate game !
This game is great ! Although there aren't many songs to choose from, they are all upbeat and memorable. They include some trendy pop and rock beats, and there are both male and female versions of each in-game song, which is always nice. Expect to hear stuff from P!nk, Avril Lavigne, Jonas Brothers, All-American Rejects and even My Chemical Romance. You can choose between drums, bass, guitar and frontman/woman, and you can fully customize each band member to your own liking, and purchase more clothing and gear from the shops in the Story Mode, using currency called "Style Points." I like how the game uses both the Wii Remote and Nunchuk's motion sensitive controls to mimic the real instruments, but they aren't exactly responsive. Also, the graphics are not that perfect, but just enough to give it a pass. Now, difficulty wise, the game is pretty challenging, especially on the Hard difficulty. Final Verdict: I give this game an 8/10. It is definately fun and addicting, but compared to other hot titles of the same genre like Rock Band and Guitar Hero, this does not compare to any of them, but it is still great. I recommend it to anyone who has a Wii ! Enjoy ! =)
