Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz
This game is horrible- don't buy it
The levels were horrible. It is only one player if you want to play the levels. It is great for the party games- there are 50! You can play 4 players with the party games. I think it's not good because they made it where you can play with 4 players on the party games and only 1 player for the levels. The levels were not good. Instead of difficulties there are worlds. I would not recommend buying this game.
Really Good Game!
I have had this game for 2 years and I still love it. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is deep, and I love the boss mode. Great game for everyone.
Good Enough that the Series Continues.
The game Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz for Wii is a good game. There is fun levels to complete while using the Wii remote to steer you monkey in a ball. The levels are quite fun and sometimes a little challenging, but still very fun. There are also TONS of mini games that go from snowboarding to anything you could possibly imagine. some of the mini games are a blast and others, well just a bust. The game Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz though is a great game and worth picking up anytime.
A game that gives you that "WOW" feeling
This game I normally would end up never coming across like EVER . Because I don't specifically go after monkey ball game titles , But this game is EXCELLENT . I was just lazing around at home and a friend came over with This game in hand so Obviously we started playing it . I loved it the graphics look great , everything well detailed and visible . The game play just absolutely goes through the roof , with an addicting story mode that you'll be playing for hours after you begin . The sound is fine , to me sound is really just sound , to me there are two levels of sound rating , Normal and bad . This game has a particularly long lasting replay value that is crucially affected in a GOOD way By the Arcade and multiplayer modes for fun either by yourself or with others . This game is Super cheap , and of course loads of fun , It's worth not only your money , but your time and effort too , If you love a fun , longlasting arcade-like fun game you've found it here .
Monkey Ball is a simple idea: roll your cute little monkey who is enclosed in a ball through levels and make it to the goal without falling out. I am a huge Monkey Ball fan. I bought a lot of the other versions and have always loved every single one. So when I saw Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, I thought "I have to buy this!". So I did. My sister and I excitingly turned on our Wii and inserted the game hoping for a lot of fun. I was instantly dissapointed. We picked out one of the party games and tried to play it, and although I can always figure out how to play video games after awhile, there were basically no instructions on how to play and I could not figure it out. So we tried a few more party games hoping they would be better, but we always got the same result. After playing for about a half hour, all I was left with was frustrated feelings and a headache. The next day I tried it again hoping maybe if I played the main game it would be different. But it wasn't. The main game proved to be just as frustrating and difficult as the party games. I mean, it's not like the game is bad or anything. Because really, it isn't. The graphics are great and the music is catchy. And the new levels are awesome. The big problem is the controls: my Wii romote is always unresponsive and the controls are very hard to work. And bad controls generaly make for not such a great game. So in conclusion, I would not recomend this game to anyone. If you're looking to buy Monkey Ball, buy one of the other versions. They're all really great--just not his one.
Super Monkey Ball Returns!!!
Super Monkey Ball has always been a great game. It was fun for the Gamecube, DS, GBA, and now the Wii! This version has a few new aspects that have not been seen yet. The first one is the amazing graphics. Sure, the games in the past have been great with this, but now it actually feels like you're there! Also, there's this thing that's I guess called a "Boss Level"? It's at the very end of each world. You have to defeat the "boss" of that world. I admit, this is probably the hardest or one of the hardest parts in the game, because if you're brand new to it and haven't seen anyone else do it before, you don't really know what to do. It's hard to figure out, but if you actually pay attention to the scene or video right before you get put into the situation, you will hopefully see the "hints" the game has to defeat the "boss". Moving on, the controls are a bit odd to get used to. I mean, it's not exactly "odd" how you control the game, but it "feels" odd since you have to tilt your Wii remote. This can be good and bad. The good part is, well it adds a fun, challenging experience. That can also be the bad part. If you get an adrenanline rush and can't stop shaking, or moving, it will litterally show, because chances are you will "fall out" of the game. I love it. I have Super Monkey Ball for the Gamecube (1&2), I used to have it for the DS, and I used to have it for the GBA. The Wii version is totally amazing, but don't trade in your other SMB games for it. If it gets too challenging, you will have them to fall back on. Overall, this game totally rocks. Its liveliness is amazing, and it really gives Super Monkey Ball the kick it needs to start off on the Wii. I would otally recommend this product for you, if you are a Super Monkey Ball fanatic!
Monkeys Jumpin Everywhere
To start off, Banana Blitz is a good game. When you start the game, you'll hear "Super Monkey ball: Banana Blitz!" Then you press A. After that, there are three options. One, options(Watch replays of you playing levels on Main game or watch the credits) Party games(50 awesome minigames with 4 player support) or Main Game(10 worlds of awesomeness.) I'll start off with the main game. The plot is, a random pirate comes out of nowhere, and takes all the monkeys bananas. Oh no! We've gotta get'm back!BEWARE:FRAMES DO DROP SOMETIMES. So you start off on the first world, 10 levels, then a boss, all the way until world 8. At the end of world 8 you think you've beat it, but you havent. NOW you have to beat ALL THE LEVELS YOU JUST BEAT WITHOUT USING CONTINUES. That makes the game EXTREMELY frusterating as some levels are really hard. The levels are creative, so is the music, but the music does get repietitive. You only get one track of music per world, so if your stuck on a world for like 5 hours, you better like the song thats playing. Once you beat all the worlds 1-8 without continues, you get world 9, beat that with no continues and get world 10. Now on to the party games. The party games are pretty nice. I'd consider it one of the best Party Games on wii. The only thing is, some party games controls are just plan wierd. Other than that, their awesome. With 50 of em, it isnt likely for you get get bored with them fast. There are the classic Monkey Wars, Monkey Baseball, Monkey-Jump-In-A-Ball-Thing-And-Glide-Towards-The-Goal game, and tons more. The interface of the game is ok, dont expect something really slick. There is no "cursor"just a little highlighted circle around the circle you would like to choose(which mini game, etc.) Banana Blitz is an awsome game. I totally reccomend it.
