Rock Band for the Wii isn't that different that of the 360 and the ps3. The only main difference is that you can't create your own characters or logos. And the career mode is basically just like guitar hero 3. You'll get all the other songs through track packs. The instruments are ok, but I recommend getting this game and just buying the other instruments separately. This game basically teaches you rhythm and it improves your hand eye coordination. This game is for people who have a lot of friends over and people who have siblings. Playing alone does get boring but playing in a band is a lot more fun. This game features a wide verity of artist like: The Ramones, Rush, Metallic, The Who, Nirvana, and many more. Overall this game is pretty good but it is best that you buy Rock Band 2 instead. But if you like the songs: Enter Sandman, Run to the Hills, and Paranoid then it's recommended that you buy this game because those song listed are not it Rock Band 2.

This game was a complete waste of my money! The challenge is for a three year old, the graphics aren't that good, the responsiveness is horrible (I've to many problems with this game that I can't count), The sound is OK, the controls are poor, very, very, poor. The interface is bad and the song variety stinks! I hate the songs and 3/4 of the bands on the game, and there's not even a create your character mode! The game is too much like a music video and the singers and the rest of the band are nerds! Especially the singer from "Say It Ain't So" who has a red-haired afro and a light brown tuxedo. And I thought the Wii was wireless, but with this game, it makes the wii wired. I bought this game like a week or two after it game out and the price was $***. Don't buy this game!

This game is awsome.I got it for christmas and i'm so happy. This is a good game to play with friends or brothers and sisters. It gets hard at points but the songs are easy the drums are pretty hard to learn. The graphics are good not perfect nothing is.The sound is awsome it sounds real. The controls are easy to learn like the guitar and the microphone. There are alot of songs to choose frome when you think your done there are bonus songs. The bad things are when you play the drums it's so loud you can hardly hear the music.I had the guitar for about six months and it doesn't work maybe because i'm playing alot.I thought it was the batteries but no it's weird. The drums and the microphone needs to be plugged in but the guitar is wireless.Thats about it you should try this out.

I was kind of disappointed when I started playing this great music game for the Wii. They changed nothing, which is good, because it brings the full experience to the Wii. However, I HATED THE CONTROLLERS. The guitar strum bar didn't work and the drums were very unresponsive. If you could play Guitar Hero instruments, which work great for any music game, I would gladly say that I like it. But the controllers suck, which made the game suck. I recommend Rock Band for PS3, at best. I can't wait to see what Rock Band 2 or 3 brings out when I play them. (haven't played them yet.) But for Wii, I pass.

First of all the export pack into rock band 2 is way better for PS3 & XBOX 360, which is unavailable for the WII! The controller compatibility sucks big time making it horrible to play as a guitar hero constant player. BUY BUNDLE and get rock band 2 & 3 separately. But songlist is good but not great however it's better than rock band 3 setlist!
