I'm not sure if this is a Wii issue or a game issue, but I was looking forward to this game immensely. The price was a great point and a chance to hunt non-North American game was terribly appealing so I got this game.
The graphics are mediocre but get the job done. You start out with weapons that are designed to be laggy but the controller play isn't terribly accurate so you must learn to compensate for that on your shots. As you progress, you get new weapons rapidly and the game gets easier to play if you can push through the first level. Still had issues tracking the smaller animals (especially during the phases where you shoot from a truck) and it was frustrating to get the medals for those levels.
If you're wanting to shoot some big African game... get Dangerous Hunts 2011 and call it a day.
Rated 9 out of 10 by FinanceGuru Great family game!
I love to play House of the dead:Overkill, however not good for kids. So, I needed something my kids could play that didn't involve blowing zombies to pieces. My wife bought this and my whole family loves it-ages from 4 years and on up! If you are a serious gamer, probably not the game for you, but if you are looking for a gun game that kids & adults can play alike, this is it!
