Ready 2 Rumble: Revolution
Not the game I once loved
Ok this game STINKS. do not buy this game. you have been warned. This is not th R2R i remembered on the 64. i went to gamestop to pick this game up so happy that i finally got a chance to play this game again after soooooo many years without playing it. when i got homeand played it i found that this game was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT. This game would be SOOOO much better if the controls didn't make you look like an idiot in front of the screen. Or even if you could use the gamecube controller this would be easily be one of the best games for the wii and even contend with brawl, but nooooo atrari had to ruin the series. Where the heck is midway when we need them. Also the Characters STINK, i mean WHAT THE HECK ATARI Beckham isnt a fighter and What happened to Afro Thunder and Boris "The Bear" Knokimov. If you really want to take off your R2R needs dust out your 64 and copy ready 2 rumble boxing instead of buying this.
Don't be fooled
Don't be fooled by all the other reviews that bash this game. This is the best R2R game to date! This game is very playable. in 4 days I have unlocked all the characters have been successful in all but one of the mini games. The only mini game that doesn't seem to work at all is the jump rope. But all the other games DO work to build up your created characters stats. it takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, it really is no problem. IGN and game spot gave this game a 3.5 and that is just not fair or right. Game Informer gave this game a 1. a 1! They need to take a little more time to learn how to play a game before they start to bash it. Go out and buy this game, give it a chance. Championship mode is awesome, it's all around just a good game!
I used to play this when it was for the Nintendo 64. I bought limited edition. The game was so fun with pretty good music. I hope to expect even more from this game.
R2R :The comeback of 2009
This is very awesome.i`m so siked and awe-amazed that the extreme boxing video game seires that started out on the nintendo 64 and the former sega dreamcast along with ready 2 rumble:round 2 is making a huge return this year with the long-awaited third installment of ready 2 rumble:revolution and believe it or not this one is going to be the craziest and out-of-control fighter since fighting games spawned the old-school consoles of the 90`s and this one is going to be the #1 wii fighting game of 2009.
