If you are not the type of person who is obsessed with creating your own perfect creations and utilizing them in your game, I do not suggest this game. If you are a Sims fan, you will be disappointed. There are little interaction options with other characters in the game. If you are trying to create a piece of furniture, the frustration of trying to put everything in proper place will kill you with the lousy controlling. The worst thing about this game is the loading times. Especially with the hotel; it takes a minimum of 20 seconds to enter a building. It has taken me 2 minutes to enter the hotel and another minute to exit it. So, you must plan your commute wisely if you don't want to be waiting for your entire life for it to load. But, for me, the fact that each piece of exquisitely customized furniture goes in an exquisitely customized interior of a house that you have exquisitely customized the exterior of. But, if you aren't like me, do not buy this game.

Okay . . . . . . so I bought into the commercial on TV, which was where I first heard about this product, but was very disappointed with what I found. To put it in a nutshell, it is pretty much like a crappier version of the regular Sims games, though it barely resembles the original Sims games, so don't get yourself expecting another astoundingly real game. Not realistic, fun, or even easy. Yes this game was even a bit difficult, which was probably most of the reason I sold back to GameStop, where I made back a good deal of the money spent on it. The controls were simple, but even so I could never figure out where I was supposed to go. The graphics were the worst in the history of games (well maybe I exaggerated a little), but anyone could figure that out just by watching the commercial, and I wasn't surprised. The game itself was just plain confusing, and boring. Pretty much, if you buy this game, expect a bad one. So, don't buy it; simple as that.

It's cute. There's not really a story line or an objective. You basically get to rebuild this town. You have to look for "essesnces" like apples or something and that helps you build stuff (dont ask I dont get it) Game is easy to play but a little borining. It's fun to build stuff but thats about it. So if you like building houses and furniture then you'll like the game but if your into adventure or story lines I don't think you'll like this game. I don't mind it because I like decorating stuff even if there is no point behind it. So thats that. If it sounds somewhat good get it but buy it when it's on sale or used. I loved the Sims My Kingdom very fun! For sure get that game theres a cool story line you get to travel to other places that all have a theme, you get to build stuff and it's really fun. Totally worth the money so if you were debating about this game and my sims kingdom then get the kingdom you'll be happy with it! Hope this helps!

This game is really cute with all of the people! It is easy to complete and very addictive! I was playing it for 3 hours and 14 minutes straight! I completed it in 3 days, but there are 3 save files so you can have more than one town which I think is good. You should get this game and I bet you won't be sad that you got it! Anyway there are plenty of people to chose from. Some people run businesses and other people just want to live in your town. You can get a sushi chef, a hairdresser, pizza place and many other people. You can get goth, cool, smart, people who love to eat. Those are the types of people that you can get in your town. Building a house or an object is fun! You can get sick of building everything though. There are some flaws. It takes a while to load and it used a lot of blocks on your memory. I have 2 towns and it used a lot of blocks, but I think it is worth the buy. You won't regret it!

I LOVE SIMS!!! My Sims is a very fun game. It involvs going out to create your own town. You can decide what to build, who can live there, and design your own houses, based on there personalities, you even get to design your house and build shop. You can also build objects for your hime, but you ned to build furniture and a home for other mysims in order to progress in the game. This game is very fun to play, but in my expirence there were many bad things that happend with the game. First of all, there were lots of glitchez in the game, i coulden't build, it wouldent let me. Another thing is that I would have to start my games all over again, bacause it started to freeze. I even got a new game and that one didn't work. We tried everything, but nothing worked. I would reccomend this game to people who can work with glitches, I would not recommend this game to people who can't handle glitchez.
Rated 9 out of 10 by DBZ Fan (or Freak) Very Cool Game
It's a very cool game and I would recommend My Sims. You can do all sorts of things. You can build houses and you can build stuff for the people in the houses. Some people will give you blueprints to make stuff for them. You can also get blueprints every time you get a star for your city (which you get to name). You get stars by completing all the missions the business people ask you. Other people just ask you. You don't have to do it. I forgot to tell you how the game starts off. Sorry. It starts off by the mayor telling you the histroy of the town. How it used to be, how it was a five star town, how the old creator (the new one is you) left, and how alot of people used to live in town. After she is done talking you come into town on a train. That is the beginning. Even though it is not a DBZ game, I loved it. Like my first sentence said, I recommend this game. Thanks for reading my review.
Rated 0 out of 10 by Simplesims2005 I will just stick with the pc and laptop versions
Well from playing sims for a long time now, and viewing these screen shots I am not that impress with what I see. Compare to sims2 the pc version and sims the first one. I rather stick with my pc and laptop versions I am more likely going to purchase sims stories for my laptop then for nintendo. Just because of all the features the pc and laptop version has compared to the nintendo. I have noticed whenever they try and make a sims version for a console game they always seem to downsize themselves on the consoles and boost on the pc versions when they should keep everything the same or just stick with what they do best have the pc. I had the sims for ps2 and I wasn't happy with it, they made it soo limited and no much interactions compared to the pc version. and if I would choose the best sims game to settle with if there was no option I would go with the orginal sims.

Many people say that this game sucks but it doesn't. i have had it for the ds and that game sucked but the game for the wii didn't. this game is so fun. you get to build a town the way you want to. so if you don't like building then you maybe shouldn't get this game. i liked it and every time i play it i i cant quit. this game is my favorite of all of my games. also mysims was the only reason i bought the game. once i knew that in mysims for the wii you could build your own town i had to get it. i think the design is good. mysims is supposed to be about cute characters and it is. i also liked the shoreline because it was like story line but you get to choose it. oh and i just loved the controls. they were so easy and they really fit the game. i loved mysims and i hope you do too but if you like carpentry then get it and if you don't don't get it.

... but this is what I've been waiting for!! When then Sims actually worked on my computer, I was surfing through websites so find CUTE things for my Sims! And finally, they release a cute, chibi-looking Sims game. The outfits and hairstyles are simply ADORABLE. Alas, nobody understands that if this was Wi-Fi enabled, the traffic going through might lag and possibly crash the game. It's best to get guides to build furniture online, or at least try it yourself. This game, in my opinion, is focused on people who want a change in Sims games. None of the Sims game have had a story line like this. The other games you see on the shelves at a store are mostly good for Free playing, and don't really have a story around it (Except the Urbz, and other console games). I think this game, no matter what anyone else says, will be wonderful to play.

At first, Im just cruising the site then I see this... all the sudden I think, ho crap, its the Sims! Ive always been a huge fan of the Sims since I was 8 or so. My friend and I would always trade off the versions we got. But then I rethought this. Think of the game, and think of the console. Wii is a family console, and then The Sims is a... life simulation, including 'woohoo' . I thought, oh god no. But now looking at it, it seems as far as it goes is hugging. And lets hope thats as far as it goes >___> Some of my favourite things are tied into this game, sims, The Sims, the Wii, and the graphics. The graphics reminds me so much of Animal Crossing and I love the Animal crossing graphics. They're adorable and fun and cute... and yeah. Im really looking forward to this, I just might sit outside of EBgames and wait for it ;D
