Its Okay
This game was fun while it lasted. The game play is great. The lasting appeal was very short. I finished it in a day and haven't looked at it since. If want a fun short game i would recommend this too you.

CONTROLS ARE TERRIBLE
The Controls are utter garbage.. I was just playing and the controls have absolutely no Reason to port the game to the wii. A game like Metroid Prime is an Example of where they did it RIGHT with new play control. But this..... It's a good game, just get it for the gamecube.

Okay, I guess
If Nintendo wants Mario to play every sport, they should at least make a good quality game. This game isn't really that good for the wii, besides the motion controls, which are much better in wii sports. The sound is the most annoy part of the whole game. It gets boring after awhile. The mini-games are the only good part sbout the whole thing. I would not reccomend this to anyone.

Nintendo does it Again!
When i first got this game for gamecube it was good. My friends and I would always end up playing this he whole time they came over. Its loads of fun if you end up having up to 4 people because u dont know what will happen and now with the new wii motion you will really get into it ! Dont listen to those other people who say its horrible, it really a good buy! With either the gamecube version or the wii version its a really good game

its okay
this game is ok and the powers can be better once you complete the game thiers nothing else to do and the minigames are horrible and the characters are unessscary. kooa, paratroopa, wiggler, peteypirahana, fly guy, and thats all. the controls are useless also luigi and waluigi go in the front of the court.for some odd reason. but this game is pretty descent. i would like better controls i like the gamecube controls better.

A must Buy. Outstanding!
I was debating on whether to buy Mario tennis, NMH, Mario Galaxy, or Ultimate Alliance, and I looked at this review and it was pretty weak. I decided to purchase the Mario Power Tennis for the Wii because I used to have the Gamecube version and I loved it! The Wii version has great character selection to p to 16 characters to choose from each with their own unique types of power ups, hits, blocks, and so on. It has great camera angles and is very easy to learn how to play as they have a walkthrough if you choose to in the beginning of the game. The music is always excellent and the graphics are not that bad. It is not just simple tennis however, it is loaded with different types of tennis games to fool around with and many mini games with the capabilities to unlock more. The game is extremely fun as you can pretend your a tennis player and the sensor bar really picks up on what kind of hit your doing (back hand, normal hit, or a lob). This game can play up to four players and becomes extremely fun! A serious MUST buy!

Don't bother
Is it just me or aren't there any good game for the Wii? I bought this game for my daughter because she loves to play Wii Sports..... thinking this would be a good game to play together. First, we can't figure out how to play the two player mode. second. even if we did the game just isn't fun. The controls don't mimic tennis at all and, in my opinion, there is just too much going on during the game to make this fun. This isn't the only game we have had problems with... its pretty much all of the Wii library. I have bought about ten games for the Wii and we still just play the Wii sports all the time. The motion/sensor idea of the Wii is a great idea, but can they actually come up with some software that utilizes it more? I guess I'll be trading this in on something else... I don't know what though!

AWESOME
This game is so fun. I got it just the other day, and I've already player it for like 7 hours. This game is very addicting, when you start getting into it. I think this is better than the GameCube version because of the fun wii controls and it just seems funner this time around. My favorite feature about this game is the mini-games. I think they're pretty good games, even though they probably wern't focusing too much on the mini-games. There aren't too many characters to choose from but you probably won't play as everyone anyways. I love this game so much because I've been a nintendo fan since 1998, and this game improoves how good Nintendo is. I would definetely recommend this game to anyone who likes tennis or if you like mario games. I am really mad that they won't be maing any new mario sports games anymore, but anyways this game is awesome and you should definetely go buy it. Don't wait, go buy it now!!!

Mario Tennis
Mario Tennis is a great game. I just picked it up the other day. I love Mario games, so that's why I like it. I also like it because it is extremely addicting. I'll be in the minute of something and finding myself wanting to play Mario Tennis. The camera angle is pretty good. It could have been a little better though. But for the most part it's great. the challenge increases as the game progresses. At first, the matches were pretty easy. But now I'm stuck on a match and it's pretty tough. It's not that hard though. The controls are great. They're nice and simple, which is perfect. All you have to do on the court is swing the Wii Remote and use the control stick on the nun-chuck to move your player. It's especially good for new players and little kids. The graphics are are very good, however they could be improved on. It's not the graphics that make the game anyways, it's the game. Interface is great, easy to navigate and nice and simple. Sound is great, but the soundtrack is sort of repetitive. There are no statistics, seeing as these are made-up players. That's the only reason I gave the area a "1". The character variety is good, but there could have been more characters. Unless you get to unlock more, but I haven't yet. The bottom line is: This is a great game for Mario and sport fans and anyone. Especially if you're into old games from Game Cube and N64. Get it!!
