Rated 9 out of 10 by youngjr25 Went Out With A Bang
Well here it is. The finall Guitar Hero game for a while. In my opinion if they knew that this would be the last for some time they went out with a bang. This game has everything you want in a music game. Easy songs, Hard song, and an intense Career(Quest) Mode. It has all different types of music. From Hard Rock and Metal to Classic Rock and even some Alternative music. It has new characters and some old favorites. This game also keeps the fun going even when your done quest mode. When you go on quickplay you can complete achivment based on the insterment you play. Those achivments help you along with you star rating in a song to go up levels and unlock insterments, characters, and clothing items. When you've had enough of playing all alone you can take the fun online and rock out in a full band. There is always someone on that you can play with. Honestly this game is amazing, the only thing that I find wrong with the game is that after a while it gets boring if you dont have the Guitar, Drums, and Mic controllers. Other than that awesome game.

ONE OF MY FAVORITE GAMES EVER!!! quest mode is awesome because it basicly never ends. after you beat it once... (SPOILER ALERT)... you have to "dominate" each persons quest. you get all eight powers and you have to get the maximum amount of stars on each song to dominate it. AND you get the demigod of rocks quest which has the hardest songs in the game like... fury of the storm, speeding, black widow of la porta, and even HARDER songs. but after you dominate all the quests it would seem to get boring but it is not. you can download songs from the shop AND you can import songs from previous GH games. all you need is an internet connection and wii points and then the fun never ends. this game is a winner ALL over the place. MUST GET!!!

this is what guitar hero has needed, a game like this. the set list could be a little less heavy on the metal, but I feel like maybe if there was no band hero, no DJ hero, no band specific guitar hero games, and if they dropped all the rest of the instruments, then guitar hero wouldn't have to die. I mean, all right, activision, Harmonix beat you with Rock Band. don't take guitar hero and ruin it with extra instruments! it's not even guitar hero anymore! this new game, the LAST guitar hero, supposedly, might be the closest they can get to great, because they ruined themselves when they released world tour

Well i noticed 3 or 4 songs that are good..... -Pour Some Sugar on Me(Live)-Def Leppard (one AMAZING song (one of my personal favorites) but i wouldnt get the game if it had one good song in it) -Paranoid(Live)-Metallica/Black Sabbath (Sounds cool a duo of two epic bands on an epic song) -Feels Like The First Time- Foreigner (once again an amazing song) -Sharp Dressed Man(Live)- ZZ Top (also one of my personal favorites) Now if i notice FOUR good songs on the playlist and theres 90 im thinking ill pass...... Guitar Hero 4 is the best guitar hero by far lo
Rated 0 out of 10 2112...ALL OF IT!?!??!
I am a huge rush fan and anyone who likes rock needs to give that piece of music a listen. It is iconic and so is that trio. Virtuosos, geniuses and just genuine nice guys. I can not wait to just jam out to 2112. 20 minutes of awesome and I am getting it just because of that although I am sure the rest of the game will be fun. Alex's prowess on the guitar should create some excitement through out the different "movements" of the song along with various solos, riffs, and meter changes; it is the ultimate guitar hero song.

The new "warriors" part looks like it could be cool, and maybe the change in controller will be good-maybe. If it's too different, then people who are used to the old one (like me) will have to learn all over again. Also, the setlist is okay...a few good songs and a couple great songs doesn't make an "impressive 90+ setlist." It makes an "okay 90+ setlist with some good songs, but mostly bad songs." Doesn't look very promising...

First off, I'm not a big fan of metal/rock music, and secondly, I don't think this game will deliver. It doesn't seem like they're bringing in any new features. I was really excited when they announced there would be a new Guitar Hero game, but now that I know what it's all about, I don't think I'll pick it up. Besides, I already have Band Hero to keep me occupied for the next few months.

I love the list of songs, it has the best list since guitar hero metallica. I might get this for the 360 and nintindo wii when it comes out. They put Slipknot, Anthrax, megadeth, Slayer, matallica, ozzy osbourne, Black sabbath, and children of bodom in one game. All they need is sodom and destruction and they would have the best game ever. Im realy very excited to get this.

Im very excited for this. It has the best setlist ive seen in any music game, including my favorites like Stone Temple Pilots, Slipknot, Nine Inch Nails, and Drowning Pool. Also the new bass open sustained notes and all the new play modes looks awesome. I cant wait to get it!

As an expert player of all guitar heros, this somthing of consideration. The setlist is perfect, great bands with great music. Great for shredding, at least. I'm not so sure about drums or bass. I wonder if the GH series will ever end.
