Rated 10 out of 10 by 360 Addicted Must Get Wii Game
Endless Ocean is the best wii game out there. There easy to learn controls so u don't have to keep flipping through that manual just how to move forward. Another upside is that there is no storyline to this game so, you can do as much or as little as you want. Sometimes you get client requests to show them around a little. If you do a good job you get a reward. For example, the first client I delt with, I succeeded so they gave me a ballpoint pen so you can write messages underwater! The only bad thing about the pen is that u use a lot of ink in your messages so you have to keep erasing. As you get farther into the game you get more privileges like getting to pilot the boat and move it wherever you want, and getting to use the Nintendo Wi-Fi to dive with your friends. Overall this is a must have wii game for all new owners to the wii and people who aren't new to the wii system. I'm actually playing it now because it's so addicting.

Endless Ocean is an underwater simulator that is surprisingly good. Although this game does not feel like a game more like watching a documentary from the Discovery Channel, but does give you somewhat of a relaxing experience that is very entertaining to say the least. There's not really an objective, but it does give you the chance to interact with a lot of fish and if you do look hard enough you might find Nemo. You swim around petting fish and exploring a fantasy sea called Manoa Lai which is very beautiful for a Wii game, but one drawback is that the boat looks like a piece of drift wood, although driftwood has more detail. Also the land is pretty plain, to say the least, but all that does not matter because most of the time you spend underwater and again it’s very pretty. The controls are very basic where you point your pointer in the direction that you want to go, much like a PC and the mouse, and pet fish with the movement of your Wiimote. You can also train your dolphins and collect fishes to build up your aquarium, but all in all this is a very relaxing game that works out very well.

This is a great game for the relaxed player. I am the ocean enthusiast and dolphin lover. In this game your partner is the dolphin that swims with you on every dive if you choose. I love the fact that every inch of this game map is full of ocean life. My children learn as I play with it. I also put this on my HDTV and it looks wonderful. (If you don't have HDTV you really are missing out in great graphics.) The missions are good because it keeps you interested and your Wii remote lets you know when you are nearby a rare item or really small fish. I also like the aquarium feature where you can go to the aquarium and set it up the way you want. The best is when you go into the white cave and meet the black dolphin. I been trying to get this dolphin to be my partner for the longest but that's okay. Beware of the guided tours though. If you don't know your fish you will lose funding and unhappy investors. The model girl is very picky so make sure you get her to the fish she requests right away. Overall this is a wonderful game to play especially around children. I just wish they would have promoted this on Earth Day.
Rated 10 out of 10 by bdy88 very good game!
This has to be one of my favorite games for the wii. My favorite part of all this has to be how endless this really is! ive had this game for over a year now and i still haven't found all the animals! The only real problem with this game is the graphics i mean don't get me wrong they are excellent bu there were some glitches in the game maybe it was just my game or maybe it was all the games. idk. now lets talk about the sounds. they are very good you can here the person breathe very clearly. i do wish that when you are talking to the girl on the boat she could actually talk. But thats just my opinion. this game is very real like. It is real cause of all the fish in the game if you look one up even the weirdest ones they are all real! so over all this game is probably my favorite. I have not gotten blue world yet that may be even better!!!!!!!
Rated 7 out of 10 by steelersrule So peaceful and expensive
this game is great if you have anger problems because it has great peaceful music. also it looks incredibly real.WOW....it feels like your really in the game.i got this game becasue i LOVE nature and everything like that. But i should not have wasted money on this, limited area. I like designing things so this was not the right game for me. i would recommend this game to people that like learning things about sea life and maybe older folks. The game takes forever to load. you need to have like an hour if you really want to start the game and make some progress. Also you get cool dolphins to train but that is hard. There are penguins here to, i think you can train them to. you need to have patience with this game or you will think it is a complete waste of time and money. I like this game because of the animals but man is it not worth the price

This game won't be for everyone, but for those that like exploration and more pick up and play games - this game is A LOT better than it looks. Graphics and realism take a hit though because, even though the underwater (the most important part of the game) looks amazing, the above water graphics are so bad it's not even funny. It really takes you out of the game with horrible land graphics and stiff character movements. There is a story to the game, however you don't really have to do it, but it does unlock more areas and animals, and it's not overly difficult. I will also note the music is amazing. Some of the best music I've heard for a video game, it fits the feel of the game perfectly. So aside from the horrible above water graphics, it's a solid fun game if you want to relax and just explore.
Rated 8 out of 10 by aco612 Easy fun
A delightful and mellow game that has you wander and swim at your leisure, but it probably won't appeal to everyone. The fish are vibrant and full of color, and lots of fascinating info about them is hidden away for you to earn, but the transitions are roughly drawn (low graphic rate) and pretty boring. This game is great as long as you are dealing with the ocean, but not so great when above water; the parts it does well are done extremely well, the parts that are poor are miserable. Fortunately the game is mostly underwater and plays to its strengths. All in all, a game unlike just about any other you'll play (which is to its credit) and there are many simple pleasures to be unwrapped in its play. Recommended to those who seek something different or are tired of the over-competitive game experience.
Rated 9 out of 10 by jules95 best sea-life game ever!!!!!!
This game is very good for people who like nature and sea life. I don't play often cause it gets me dizzy from clicking on the animals and the screen goes all over the place following the animal and it's like your spining in circles.... But, graphics are great!!! Feels like your there, sounds of the animals sound real, music is calming, you find ship wrecks, underwater ruins, and discover new amimals Oh! Oh! and the caves that you go in are so real and beautiful like the Mermaid's Tunnal that cave WOW! It's sooo cool and beautiful it makes you want to cry! The mamals are like actual size like the whales are HUGE! I highly recomend getting this before you get the second one Endless Ocean: Blue World, so you know what its like I don't have it but I've heard it's REALLY NICE too!!

This game is fun for people who like to relax and lay back, instead of going crazy shooting anything that moves. Endless Ocean has lots of cool fish in it. My little brother even likes it and he's 7 years old. It's not very expensive either. If your the kind of person who can't go through a video game without blowing something up or killing something, this isn't your game. I have to admit after a few hours of play, the game can become tedious. However the rpg style fish leveling will keep you addicted to this simulation experience for a long time. Pros: It's fun for the hole family. There is no violence so it wont wake the baby with noise. Music playback can change the experience. Cons: It's slow paced. Learning, in a video game? I give this this game a seven out of ten.
Rated 8 out of 10 by B Steels The price is certainly right
Endless Ocean is an interesting game. I'll be completely honest, about 90 mins into the experience, I was pretty disappointed. It's a slow burn. But sticking with it, the game began to really open itself up to me. There's a lot more to do than you'll initially think. More and more of the ocean becomes available to you, and the areas you explore become more and more interesting. Not just interesting, but completely captivating at times. I won't spoil the creatures and areas you'll see along the way, but it's a journey worth taking. It ranges from realistic to straight out of your imagination, and remains intriguing the entire time (except for the initial hour or 2, that is). Exploring the ocean at your own pace is unlike anything you've ever done in a game before. It's also very relaxing and addictive. The graphics are great for a Wii game, although I couldn't ever stop wishing I was playing it on a 360 (imagining all the areas in lush high-def almost made me drool). What does make it completely fun on the Wii is the amazingly intuitive user interface and control scheme, along with the casual nature of the game. Price point is perfect. Recommended to gamers looking for something fun and relaxing.
