Endless Ocean Blue World
A very unique and enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend this to any gamer looking for a unique experience. Endless Ocean: Blue World is a wonderful work of art, providing beautiful and detailed scenery. This game has the perfect balance between leisure and excitement. Overall, the game is very laid-back; most areas are safe while some have certain dangers to be cautious about. Players are free to explore the game and plot-line at their own pace. Progress is encouraged by the prospect of new waters to explore and new species to discover, as well as better equipment to provide longer dives. The music, and environment of the game was amazing, creating a very involving atmosphere. Even after players have finished the plot-line, EO:BW still offers much and I can't help but keep playing. The only part that I didn't care for was the partner training, which wasn't very interactive and was best completed by setting the dolphin to automatically train, setting the remote down, and walk away for an hour or so. Happy diving!!
If you hate having to run/swim away don't get it.
My impression with EO 1 was that I could freely explore the environment without having to look over my shoulder. I enjoyed getting close to the sharks without them ripping off my head, including megladon. So I went to check out 2 in hopes it would be the same. Sadly it was nothing like it. More like an underwater horror survival. I had started the game having to rescue the ignorant girl who dived off the boat to go hide in an underwater cave. I did the steps to try to warn off the sting rays and get the tiger shark out of the hole but I couldnt get no where near her. I tried for an hour trying to get the girl and I said screw it. I hate having to deal with the stress of trying to stay alive under water and taking care of someone else. The whole point I got the game was to be able to enjoy the ocean with out having worries. Bad enough I had to build the courage up to go near the sharks by the ship wreck in the first one. So the next day I turned it in. I want to go diving in the ocean but having the asthma problems I do I cant do it. The first endless ocean made me feel more confident that I could enjoy the waters without worrying about my medical problems. The second made me not even want to step foot on the oceans beach. I like sharks a lot. I think their really cool. But what they can do is what worries me. In my opinion I think you should take fear out of the game so people can actually (key word) enjoy the game. So yeah if you read this and have a fear of the ocean but dont want to risk it. Go back to playing E O 1. Its far more enjoyable and this one will give you a headache after the 1st 20 mins.
