i was chopping but not dropping
the wii version of dead rising is better because it is easier than the Xbox version since the enemy gets killed quite quickly however you can do more in the 360 version. i finished this game very quickly but it is fun and i did enjoy it but if you are into zombie mashing get Dead Rising 2 or Zombie Island if you haven't gotten it already its really great.

incredible game but confusing.
i beat this game in three days well 11 hours but three days to beat it me and my friend loved it especially the boss battles hes like oh good luck but it was very fun he thought it was great but i thought there needs to be more like the end your on the tank screaming why couldnt you kill your way through the zombies or at least drove a car on the streets but overall if you like action horror and time to just kick back and have fun this is the game for you

Failed recreation of a master piece
As we all know, the original Dead Rising was an amazing game. It had story and game play mechanics the likes of which had not been seen before. So when Nintendo and Capcom decided to remake it on the wii as a way to make more money, things went sour. First off, they changed the 3 day timer, so instead of you being at the mercy of time, it now contoured to you, so you pretty much get as much time as you want. This removes the urgent feeling of getting to each scoop before it expires. Also, they removed the ability to take pictures, which was one of the best parts of the original. And if you used one of the many guns that you buy in the game, you will notice a simularity between the game and Resident Evil 4: Wii edition. They recycled the engine from that game and placed it in Dead Rising Chop Till You Drop, but Dead Rising isn't suppose to be a shooting game, it is a hack'n'slash. I could go into more detail, but I think I've said enough. Dead Rising Chop Till You Drop is, bottom line, a a horrible rehash of a master piece.

Terrible ending for a good game
This game gave me the "zombie bug" but it didn't keep me on for long. TThe agme had the same zombies as most games: useless, due to their slowness and being dumb as usual. Also they are affected by injuries to the bodies, whic in real life, they wouldn't care at all. However, the story was kind of interesting because (SPOILER ALERT) it has to do with the government and they are really terrible at cleaning up their messes. I liked this game even though it had many flaws to the gameplay and being unrealistic.

AMAZING Game!
Lately I have been on zombie crack, with the "zombie apocalypse" in Miami and Black Ops zombies I'm having a blast. I played this game a while back at a friends house and had fun. Finally I picked it up at Gamestop and popped it in the Wii and played it for three hours straight! The story line is amazing, the only con is that the game is missing about half the cut scenes. Overall its worth the money, I think any casual-hardcore gamer would love it.

It was ok
When I first got the game I didn't expect anything obove the standards of a wii game. I played the game and I saw a game better than any other wii game I had. The graphics were ok. The sound was actually pretty good for a wii game. I hate the fact that like half the cutscenes were taken out of this game. I do like the fact that it is the same game on the wii as it is on the xbox. Overall this game is good for dead rising fans without an xbox.

Best wii zombie game
As far as games go on the wii, many of them lack things that they would have on other platforms, and although this game is missing things that the other versions had, it is still the best zombie game for wii. The controls are a little rough and difficult to get used to but once you pick it up the game can be really fun. Of all the zombie games for wii i have played... this one is the best. and trust me, i've gone through the vast majority of them.

Awesome zombie game for the Wii
Contrary to popular belief and opinion, this game isn't a port. In fact, if Capcom really did try to port this game, the end result would just be the trashy game that everyone claims it to be. Instead of porting Dead Rising, Capcom remade the game entirely from the ground up, with the foundation being the Resident Evil 4 engine. What we get is basically Dead Rising with gameplay similar to Resident Evil 4. The game now has a bigger emphasis on firearms. When you reach a mob of zombies, it's more effective (not to mention satisfying) to just whip out a shotgun, machine gun, rifle, or any other weapon you have equipped and blow them all to kingdom come instead of walking up to them and bashing their brains in. Without comparing this to the Xbox 360 version, the graphics look pretty good for a Wii game. The cutscenes were all ripped from the Xbox 360 and converted into FMVs, meaning that they look just like they did in the original. The only drawback is the quality looks a little softer, and any clothes that Frank is wearing won't show up. Fortunately, this game does correct some problems that were in the Xbox 360 game, such as the small text and the lack of places to save. Overall, even with it's flaws, Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop is an awesome game. If you liked Resident Evil 4 and the original Dead Rising, then I strongly suggest that you get Chop Till You Drop. Trust me. Your money won't be wasted.
