by spriterox15 it gets boring to quick but party mode is ok
when i got the game i thought it was going to be awesome. But i was dissapointed to find that all you do is roll around and splash paint on stuff. They make you do all these challenges that u hate and do the same thing all over again. The title says the rest. If you think its going to be fun, go ahead buy it. I don't care. not my problem. But i suggest renting it first. (dont buy it)

First of all, if you like platformer games, De Blob is for you. The graphics are awesome, the story is a killer. Who would not think the game is good. The story is about all these I.N.K.T or Inky goons washing and sucking all of the color, fun, and life out of chroma city. It's up to this unlikely hero to restore the color back to chroma city; De Blob and the help of the underground revolutionaries. They are Arty, bif, prof and zip. Arty is the painter, Bif is more the brute fighter, zip is the racer he always has skates on, and professor is the thinker. INKIES ARE STINKY, The inkies have regular inky soldiers easily killed by De Blob, elite soldiers are a little stronger they are different colors and to kill them you have to be the color they are, inky turrents, jet biker they are very fast, inky tanks they are very strong. They are pretty much everything you have to worry about.

I have been playing this game for a couple of weeks. Very cool! If you are a painter and love music(which i do), you will love this game. It is a very time consuming game. The levels(having completing everything takes about an hour to hour and a half) are somewhat exhausting. It would have been much better had there been a way to save your progress as well as if it had alternate control options; such as changing the "shake" to a button for jumping, at least. Another thing i would probably try to improve in this game would be the wall crawl/jump. The camera, graphics, difficultly and sound are excellent. The one player mode is definitely its strong point. The multiplayer lacks depth. Multiplayer would be better if there was a cooperative mode in the one player mode. I would recommend this game to anyone. Especially those with strong wrists.
Rated 10 out of 10 by x0edwardcullen0x de blob is fun and good excercise!!!!!!
I bought de blob about a week after it came out and i don't regret it. It is a lot of fun. The colors and graphics are great and the storyline is somewhat good. I also love the music, you get to pick out of a bunch of types of music. It is also great exercise because to jump you have to swing your down and you have to jump A LOT. There are great colors and you get to use your COLOR MIXING SKILLS! You can join colors and stuff. De blob is really simple and easy to get which is one of the reasons why i like it. It is really great on the wii because you can go around and pretty much be the blob. I know this review was pretty pointless but i really do recommend it for people who like colors and simple games and blobs. If you buy the game i congratulate you. Once again i bought it about a week after it came out and i haven't regretted it!

De Blob is De bomb in my opinion! When you paint the city there is more to that, you fight a lot of enemies, save all the citizens, and a lot more special features added to this painting adventure! De blob is a different game then any game. Also with a cool storyline and adventure in this game. Blobbing to the full review!: Challenge: Painting the city gets challenging Controls: Good, can get bad sometimes, but good. Graphics: Blob animation, with creative characters and animations in this Interface: I have never seen a game like this! Length: Not a lot of stages but they are long levels! Music: VERY creative music and sounds and you have different music to choose from!!! Storyline: The gradiens took all the paint in the town and you are here to save it! That is kinda cool. Overall: 8.2/10

I'm not a game designer myself, but I'd suggest next time they spend more than 20 minutes working out glitches since this game is full of them. The controls are bad and it's frustrating doing challenges multiple times because you didn't shake your remote hard/soft enough. I understand they're trying to utilize the wireless sensitivity of the Wii remotes, but there are better ways to do it. I was frozen in corners, between freed Raydians, and random waterways with no exits multiple times and had to restart entire locations. Auto save is a terrible feature in this game. The story, graphics, and music are fun but I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone I know. I really would have enjoyed this game if "A" made you jump and perhaps if every location didn't look identical.
Rated 10 out of 10 by kjdfadsjels Pretty cool
This game was surprisingly addictive. I don't honestly know why i got this game, in fact it seemed pretty boring, but it was pretty fun. Its a very artistic game with GREAT music. I don't do a lot of painting in real life but this game is amazing in terms of the painting that can be done in it. It is great for extended play and killing time, because it does offer challenge to some extent, but it is generally a pretty easy game. It doesn't take a lot of time to beat, i think it took me about a week and a half, but it still has multiplayer and free paint to kill time after it has been beaten. Although it doesn't intense amounts of action as do many other games i like to play, it still has a pretty good amount of action to the point where it doesn't get boring too fast.
Rated 10 out of 10 by de Blob guy de Blob is makes a wii hit
De Blob is a wii hit. The story is a killer and the controls are simple. INKT corporation comes and sucks all the color out of the city and its up to one unlikely hero to save Chroma City without no color, de Blob. The controls are simple and there are seven colors :red, purple , orange , brown, green and yellow. The game can get you addicted and most likely keep you on your wii for hours. The Inkies are easy to kill and elites are a bit harder. I personally think that the Inkies could be harder so it gave a bit of a challenge. I also think if you like platform games you'd like de Blob a lot. The graphics are good considering its wii as well is the sound. The length is a decent length and the challenge isn't that bad. I'd recommend this game to a lot of people.
Rated 10 out of 10 by XDe Blob manX De Blo comes to save the wii
de Blob is one of the best games I have ever played the storyline is easy to follow and understand. the game is one of the games were you get so addicted to where you cant stop playing for hours to come! the controls are simple and very easy to learn and all the color in game is cool there isn't that much action and I love action and yet this one of my favorite game to play! The graphics are pretty amazing considering its on the wii and everything there are about 7 different colors red, blue, green, purple, yellow, orange, and brown. The story is cool the cit got all of its color sucked out and it's your job to bring back the color back into everyones life. The wii hasn't been having that many hit games except SSBB and a few others but this game saved the wii.
Rated 9 out of 10 by SuperSlyparty Fun, but de-blob 2 is better
This game is a good, fun game. One player is fun and creative. You get to mix colors and color the completely gray city. When I play this game, it puts me in a good mood. The controls aren't too hard and the gameplay is good. 2 player can be annoying, because the music is terrible in 2 player. If the music was fixed, i'd give this game a 10. I would recommend this game to partiers and artists who love to color. It is very fun. It dosn't really seem to get boring, but thats just in my opinion. If I had to choose again, I'd get de-blob 2 for the ps3 or 360. Not for the Wii. You can, but i wouldn't recommend it. Much better than those stupid amateur arcade games that are on the Wii now. I got it for $12.00 using my game card. it was wworth it.
