The Universal Aerobic Step System functions as a 2 leveled aerobic step for the PlayStation® Move and Xbox 360 Kinect, but also elevates your Wii Fit Balance Board to a full 4 inches, a standard height for actual step aerobics. The platform adjusts to two different height levels with ease. By either placing the step flat horizontally or turning it on its side vertically, the step height is taken from 3 to 6 inches in height. For a secure grip the platform has rubber pads on the bottom and both sides. With the Universal Aerobic Step System you'll be performing step aerobics exercises just like you would at the gym, but with out the expensive membership.
