Great if you want pure fitness
This game is great if you want something that is pretty much purely fitness. There are workouts for various parts of the body, arms, abs, buns, full body, etc. There are also dance workouts, zen, kickboxing and the like. A lot of times the workouts are set up with reps, where you repeat the same set of exercises three times.
Good for a quick workout with lots of pre-made choices. People compare this to 'just a workout video', but you get tons of workouts in one game. The currency is pretty easy to obtain, and used to unlock more workouts.
You can't create your own playlist to have different workouts. I would like to have more creative control. They have the ability to set up a challenge where you enter a goal (weight loss, reduce stress, etc) and time limits, and then they create a workout for you. Also, sometimes I feel as though my movements are not accurately being recorded by the sensor. Can be improved by using motion plus with the remote, but still has issues with registering my workout. I'm not that concerned with this, as I know I'm getting workout still.

I owned this game for less than 24 hours. It was awful!!!! I thought it would of been similar to the wii fit. i could not of been more wrong. It was no different than watching an exercise video. There was little to no interaction with the game.
