I love this game but mostly because I love Adventure Time, WayForward, chiptune, and 8-bit graphics. This game will mostly appeal to fans of the series and anyone who likes randomly generated dungeons like the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games. This game plays like an extended episode of the show presented in enhanced NES/SNES graphics that allows you to play most of the main characters in the series, the major exception being Bubblegum who acts as your guide outside the dungeon. The gameplay is repetive but remixed every few floors that keeps it fresh. BMO's insight is fun too and without him, the game would lose a lot of appeal (sorry PS3,360,PC). The difficulty gets rather punishing around the 60th floors and lower but no more so than oldschool RPGs. Upgrades are expensive but you can easily buy one upgrade every five floors, if not for your main character but for others. I'm having a lot of fun playing Adventure Time;EtDbIDK (I'm in my Wii U browser) and I urge everyone to ignore the negativity towards this game. The only legitimate flaws in this game is that, no, I don't think it was quite worth $40, but $20 is just right. Play it on Wii U. With BMO and multiplayer, it is the complete version.
