Disney INFINITY Cars Play Set
why $5 extra?
Would love to pre order this from you guys, but I'm not going to pay an extra $5 for every play set. Come on.
Great family fun, especially for the Disney fanatics like us! We are addicted. It puts you in your favorite Disney movies to explore.

I'm so excited for disney infinity and ill most likely buy all my characters from GameStop butch not going to pay $5 more for a play set pack that's too expensive
Overpriced, technical issues, and boring campaigns
Admittedly, the concept is fun though not original (skylander). The game freezes way to often on PS3. An issue I hear they're working on. I was able to play the game after following a few painstakingly long steps (uninstalling update, disconnecting from internet). However, still cannot use online features. You get three campaigns with the "starter kit" ($75). You cannot play two player (co-op) in campaigns unless you invest another $15 per campaign (3 in starter kit) for a second charecter. The game will only allow charecters from the theme movie to enter the campaign (blatant money grab by Disney), so the only way to play co-op is to invest another $15 per campaign. Also, costs an additional $35 each to play additional campaigns. The campaigns are nothing more than boring search's via follow the green arrows and occasionally stopping to talk to a charecter. The best part of the whole game is the play box or sand box (I forget which). It allows the child to build and use his/her imagination. Also allows different charecters to play together, unlike in campaign mode. Another positive part of the game is the sturdy plastic figures. However, the bottom line is this game is not worth the considerable cost or the amount of clutter it will create. Then again, Disney is already selling (not cheaply) organizers for all the plastic figures, mini discs, bases, and cords you'll need to play this game. This is an average (at best) $60 game that will end up costing you anywhere from $150-$1000. Good luck! Probably worthwhile for Disney fanatics or people with money to burn.
