Sid Meier's Pirates!
This game is great and I love this version on the PSP, so go out and buy this game if you like pirates!
i love this game you should buy it and has a great story.
fun pirate game
its very fun, easy, you can chang your ships up and up-grade, you can fight different countries etc...
Hard to overlook things.
First off, i love Sid Miers Games, i love pirates, and i love this for PC, but the Psp version broke me. Glitchy, slow in battle and seabattles, it will lag and preform movements i didnt do. its much slower and the islands are very strangely arranged, but i know thats not the developers fault, just bad random generation, but it makes it harder, when all ports are jam packed, map was confusing to read, But there was some good, i loved the sound, Dancing was alot easier, but was hard enough that i still needed to pay attentionn, after first 2 times, i had to down to pure flourish's :D
Really fun and addicting. You can play it over and over. There are sooo many different ways. Its awesome. Hands down.
Sid Meier's makes all them awsome computer games so this game is gonna rock out loud
xbox version was great!
I played this on xbox and it was great! Filled with action, strategy, swordplay, and ,yes, dancing. You will work your way up the pirate ladder plundering and sinking ships along the way. A rather short game, but fun. Hopefully some new , original game elements will be brought over to the psp.
this game has great grafics and is action filled if you like action and money this game is for you i mean just look at the cover it looks f-n sweet

Pirates is nothing like Monkey Island
Just because both Monkey Island and Pirates have pirates is not a good reason to say if you liked Monkey Island you will like Pirates. That is like saying if you liked Space Quest you will like Star Trek Legacy because both deal with space. C'mon! I remember this game when it came out originally in the 80's. In fact it was the first game that I bought for my Amiga. I would stay up until 2am playing this game that is how addictive it is. The new remake still holds the same excitement of advancing your Pirates Rank to see how high you can get it. You do so by searching for treasures, combating on the seas with cannons, combating in sword fights, winning the hand of the governor's daughter, trading goods, building alliances with countries, keeping the crew you have hired happy, taking over towns with your ships, doing bounty runs against other pirates, adding ships to your main ship, buying better main ships,...etc. As you can tell, Pirates is a strategy game not a comic adventure.
