I bought this game to try it out it ended up be one of the coolest games i've played since the warriors except now your a super hero if you like a challenge the you must get this game the graphics are pretty good for a psp game the story line is like a mortal kombat you pick your character and fight and you begin to unlock more characters as you go as you move up threw the game you unlock more powers and gain new skills the marvel character that you should use is iron man he has the basic skills plus you can fly and you shoot beams from his robotic self i work for a marvel comic company called insane comics and this game has been our top seller and you can pre-order any other games that are coming out but this seems to be the one that everyone wants to buy i wonder why=). its a must buy game.!

When I bought this game I was expecting something that would be a good long lasting game. I got the game today and I already beat it, it was that short. Don't get me wrong the game is good. The graphics are superb and the sound is awesome to. The game didn't have a storyline it was just fight this person then fight the next person. It was fun at first until I kept fighting the same person over and over again. It made me really upset, so now I have to return this game and get a new longer lasting game. overall I wouldn't really recommend this game to someone who likes to take their time on their games. This game isn't really worth the amount its being sold for. Overall this game has good graphics, good sound, good interface, and okay controls. and the length, storyline, and challenge are horrible.

So I picked this game up for my much younger brother (age 7) since he is really into super hero's now. Spider-man is his favorite so after reading the reviews on this page I picked it up. Well the game is not great. You start with your choice of only two characters at first and have to complete the story with each character to unlock the rest. We have completed the game with 5 different characters and we still cant select Spider-man because we haven't passed the game with the correct character. Now he is tired of the game and hasn't even gotten the chance to play it with his favorite super hero. I'm just going to trade it in for an actual Spider-man game, However if you are into fighting games were u are encouraged to play as different characters then u might want to give it a try. The gameplay is ok and after u complete the game u can unlock extra power-ups (card slots - up to 4 total) that helps keep the game somewhat interesting, but even that didn't save it for me. If you are not a hardcore fighting game fan or are a casual gamer that is thinking of picking up a fighting game, then don't bother with this as its too short, can be a bit difficult at times, and there is no story whatsoever in the game.

This game is a huge waste. Imagine street fighter with marvel characters, destructive environments, and no fun. The graphics are mediocre, and the character selection is limited. A huge waste of money.
Rated 9 out of 10 by Californiam123 Amazing! But, some flaws
I love it!!! It makes me feel like I have a mini PS2 in my hands!!! The Graphics could be better, however, the addition of cards is awesome and the fighting is quite challenging! I absolutely hate THE THING, but it is still very easy to love!!!
