Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing! If your a collectible, blood and guts, soundtrack, story line type of person this game is definitely for you!. I do recommend to read at least some of the bulletins and letters provided by the missions in order to receive a more in depth explanation on how the world carried on after the Allied defeat of WW2.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great storyline had a blast playing this 2015 version of an old reliable fallback. Now that I've won on easy, I'm rolling up my sleeves to win on a harder difficulty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of the best games I've ever played. Wolfenstein: The New Order has got to be one the best games ever, in my opinion anyway. The gameplay is phenomenal! The cover system is most impressive and I could go on for days about the shooting. The graphics were amazing, everything about this game is great everything works like it should. Alternate timeline that keeps you glued to the televison. I played through all way to to the platinum, i just couldn't quit. Crack the Enigma Code, collect N A Z I treasures and best of all hunt hundreds of N A Z I along way the way! Anyways, must have for anyone who plays games, tons of history and scifi. Get it already!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It could've been way better. So basically, I was VERY excited to get this when it first game out. I decided to wait until it was used because I didn't wanna blow $60. I got this game two days ago and I'm already almost done with it, and it is just not fun. The controls are typical Call of Duty or FPS shooter controls, which is good. But it's just another one of those shooting games to me. You kill some people, and that's really all it was to me. I don't see how people are getting emotionally attached to characters because it bored me quickly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprise, A shooter with story, heart! The latest iteration of Wolfenstein is surprisingly well done. You are hurled into a pivotal point of WWII at the very beginning. Forced to accomplish a mission with the difficulty, plot points(and plot choices) and a visceral introduction to the enemy usually reserved for late round missions in other FPS. The opening lets the seasoned fps gamer know he or she is not in Kansas anymore. The German's won! The developers employ an ingenious spin on a tired old method to explain why Germany's World Domination is unfathomable to Blazkowicz. While the the is back, a few new aspects of his character is revealed-the fact he both has it and is a complete one. Without giving away too much, your first mission is the only one that takes place in WWII. The Bad Guys have won! And this is but one example that sets Wolf apart from many games that toy with Altered timelines-it does it well! From constructing a believable and victorious Third Reich to experiencing it as Hero just as confused as the player, Bethesda Games makes it possible for one to think 'But for the Grace of '. Nothing displayed is too out there. The gamer never finds themselves thinking 'That is just ridiculous!' And our Hero is shown to have more than ' vinegar, and valor' pumping through his veins. I will just say there is love among the angry German, and nearly every other language in the game, dialogue and bloodshed. With the addition of Enigma Code documents, Gold and other items strewn about the game, and the different difficulty settings, the game has a healthy dose replayability. Unlike most FPS stories that are just tacked on to justify a $60 price tag for what is essentially a Multi-player only game, Wolf takes great care in making characters we both care about and loathe. Even games that have players freezing in lines at midnight on release day year after year to get their hands on the latest copy of certain 'introduce one new mechanic a year, minutely increase graphics, set game in location X this time, or one tiny expansion that could have easily been DLC for the game you got last year' franchises could sell more copies by coping this attitude. Wolf does have it's faults. The shooting system feels dated(not terrible to some gamers), Ammo, Health and collectible, well, collecting is tedious. the gamer has to press an action button to claim each reward. sometimes having to view or pass over at just the right angle. The Cut-scenes look great but the playable parts could have used some touching up. Though I feel the graphics are an asset. We have all seen '1080p 60fps' Graphical wonders judder, jag, screen rip, etc. taking the gamer out of the moment at the least and causing a death at the worst(well a game freeze at the worst I suppose). If you like FPS Wolfenstein The New Order is a MUST BUY. For the Casual gamer its a MUST PLAY. That goes for the story lover as well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not impressed I was looking forward to this game, especially since it got great reviews. But I found it more frustrating than anything. The game had horrible auto save, every time you died, they spawned you with almost no ammo and a cluster of enemies. I thought the graphics were PS3 quality and there was almost no weapon selection. Certain enemies were impossible to kill unless you had the right weapon, and sometimes they didn't provide you with enough ammo of that weapon, setting you up for instant failure. Overall the game was VERY hard to finish and even though it had a cool story, I didn't enjoy it as much as I'd hoped. Gets a 5/10 for me, mostly because of the great story.
