by its2possible Same as PS3 GTA5
PS4 GTA5 version is nothing more then the same as PS3 version. There is like a 5% difference. Things like the first-person view, duck in car system & neon lights. The updated graphics didn't look any different from the PS3 graphics but there was a speck difference but nothing to really make me go "holy dragon". There were 6 things I liked about the game and 15 things I dislike about the game. Overall I give the PS4 GTA5 version 5/10 rating. I would have given it a 3/10 rating but the new stuff kept me from doing it. Rockstar has peeked my interest for GTA6 but I won't buy it if it sounds like GTA5.

That pre-order bonus of $1,000,000 had better be with the bonus pack or that would be just another bogus promise we all heard before !

by mcgsqwared GTA 5 on the PS4: Redemption
Rockstar really dropped the ball on GTA 5 on PS3. This is their chance at redemption with the players. Heists and way better graphics are what have me lining up to pay $59.99 AGAIN for this game. Hope they don't disappoint again.
Rated 10 out of 10 by JerryQ Addicting & fun
I owned it on PS3, purchased it again on PS4 due to the welcome additions like upgraded visuals, first person perspective while driving, flying or even on foot, the soundtrack had gotten a few aadditions as well. I am currently a level 221 (legit) and am hooked on this game till this very day. There is pplentyof activities, missions and competitive activities online and offline. Online is where this game truly shines though, your best bet is to join a private lobby with friends tthough; public lobbies are way to hectic and 99.9% of the time other players are out to get you no matter what you're doing. Passive mode is a pointless feature as your vehicle is still prone to attacks and you can still be ran over by other players. Either stick to a friends private lobby or create your own in order to start missions, heists (added not to long ago after the long wait), TDM, Capture modes and other fun new competitive modes. The first person feels like it adds a whole new dimension to the game.

I liked how when i came in the new things for gameplay the new vehicles and everything was great however i wish they could of done a little bit better with making the car sound more realistic. the lasting of this game is great because i can sit down and hours later still be playing especially when new updates come out. however yes the graphics did step up they were not as great as i hoped
Rated 9 out of 10 by CubedSquare Fun game overall
GTA V in my opinion is the best game in the series. Playing as 3 different characters was something new to the game and i believe GTA VI should do this aswell.
Rated 9 out of 10 by gamer306 Great Game
Probably the best GTA i have ever played. There are endless things to do other than the campaign like: heists, races, deathmatch, or just running around
Rated 1 out of 10 by mmmKayyy Nothing like I expected
First, this game is nothing like the originals with all the options and features in story mode. Everything is either patched or limited on what you can do. Anything that has to do with money can't escape the horrible stock market of LCN or Ballsak. If somebody finds something enjoyable or fun to do in the game, it gets patched. For some odd reason, the developers keep aggressively trying to make this game really depressing to play. Also, your vehicles won't save in your garage and you lose all customization that you put into your car. The only cars that work properly or save, are the preset cars given to each character. Another thing is the points of interest in the game that you can make either stop working or eventually erase and reset. On many occasions your characters outfits will also change and reset. The body armor seems kinda pointless (one-time use), despite having different levels of armor it only lasts for a very small amount of time (like a few shots). In story mode, your are blocked from selling cars forcing you to have to depend on the stocks or the limited amounts of money you get from missions.
I found myself having to study many posts and videos online just to figure out how to make money. All these 10-step guides and laundry lists of bologna you have to follow just to be able to afford things or buy property in the game is ridiculous. Anybody who didn't follow these exact steps ended up with no money or restarted the game from the beginning. Having said all that, the replay value is horrible. By the time you figure out the money making schemes and finish the missions, you end up feeling unsatisfied with what to do next. The bizarre development of this game will leave you scratching your head wondering what they were thinking when they made this game.
The online portion of GTA V is nothing that will blow your mind away. A few additions here or there might catch some interest, but then again with many patches and limits on everything, what's the point. The online shooting action is no different than cheap tactics already used in all other shooters. The activities in the game can get boring pretty quickly. To throw a (tbh) to be honest out there, the strippers and strip clubs get the most attention than anything else. Many players online seem outright bored much of the time doing senseless things. Sadly, cartoon strippers and glitches are the main portions of this game. GTA has came a long way from where it's been, but its new direction is somewhat questionable. The game gets too boring quickly, and no matter how much you and friends exaggerate what activities you can come up with, it starts to feel tiring. No matter how much I tried to stay interested, everything in this game seemed to have a roadblock on it. I felt that as a player you couldn't do everything you could like past GTA's.
