Poor
This game is just pure garbage. EA makes it nearly impossible to have fun with this game, and it seems like they put in the minimal effort here. The AI have absolutely no idea what they are doing and they quite often just run into each other and fall down. Also, it is next to impossible to dispossess the opposition regardless of who they are. DO NOT waste $60 on this game like I did. I would rather watch paint dry than play this atrocity of a "game". EA has just lost another loyal customer to PES.

This game is garbage!
Multiplayer: This game is broken. Especially the defense. The opposing player can run straight down the middle after kickoff and run past your entire defense. Goalies make dumb mistakes. Sometimes they will run after the ball on the goal-line and fail to pick it up which causes a corner. Pressing the double team button causes the players to sometime run into each other. It's not a fresh change like with FIFA 12 where you had to adjust to the jockey feature. In FIFA 15 the defense is broken. I'm not sure what the developers were attempting here.
It's also frustrating on offense. Passes are awkward and players are slow to respond. If you're a defensive minded player then don't buy this game. If you never played a FIFA game before this might be enjoyable. Borrow a copy from a friend. You'll see that playing online is intolerable.
The single player is somewhat playable but still frustrating due to the broken defense.

Not sure why all the bad reviews
Well, for years EA has come close to making their FIFA game perfect. With this years installment I have to say they hit it on the head. From the graphics down to the gameplay this game is as close to lifelike as you could ever ask for. The crowd chants, the way the AI plays, the refs, heck everything is dang near perfect. If you are a soccer fan this game is a must for you.

Pleasant Surprise
I wasn't honestly expecting too much from FIFA 15 since it is EA and they usually do not change much of their products year to year. I was pleasantly surprised with the graphics overhaul along with the overall gameplay. The ball rockets off of players whether it's you shooting it or it gets blocked. They seem to have really gotten the physics right in the way they were trying for. The only real issue I have so far is that the online play is somewhat unstable. Whether this is because it is Day One or just a poor server I couldn't say as of now. You can load fine into matches, but it just kicks you out half the time.

Terrible: long-time fan
Worst FIFA in years! 1. Defending AI, most of the time, is out of position , really annoying in online play and I play in division 1 and 2 usually 2. slow reaction times of players 3. most animations are controlled which gives the player less control 4. bad goals from bad keeper mechanics and positioning 5. finally last but among other things not least, the supposed new player emotions is regarding one animation that doesn't change and gets old quick!

Amazing Until you get bored
I've owned and played the FIFA since 2013 when I first began really getting into soccer. This years game is the first that I've played on the next generation console. I being not only a soccer player, fan, and a gamer enjoy a real-feel to something. Being a soccer player and fan you want to feel like you're playing in Old Trafford or at Anfield and you feel the buzz of that stadium. When you have that volume turned up through a speaker system you feel like you're sitting in the stands. The visuals are amazing on Next Gen compared to a 360 or PS3, the players have real reactions to their missed shots and give the game a real feel. Some downsides to the game; Once you get tired of just playing games in either Manager Mode or Career mode you get bored with the game very quickly. (Typical if you're not connected to Internet) If you're connected to PSN and you play Ultimate Team that will keep you occupied for a while longer. The in-game problems contain goalie "Laziness" it seems at times. They don't always go after the ball when you take PK's or even when you're counter attacking they may not react until the ball is halfway past the goalie and the goal. Something that may change the dynamic of Career mode would be adding cut scenes and an actual story behind your player. Being able to try out for teams to increase your overall before signing would also create a new feel to the game. Being able to change your age to 16 or a younger age than 21 or 22 would be beneficial to your 90+ potential overall. Other than those small fixable problems the game is a solid 8+.

A TOTAL WASTE
WHAT HAPPENED TO EA? THIS GAME IS NOT CLOSE TO FIFA 14 AT ALL. THE PLAYERS ARE SLOW EVEN IF YOU SPRINT THEY SEEM TO BE JOGGING INSTEAD OF GOING FASTER . DEFENSE IS VERY DIFICULT . OFFENCE IS ALSO VERY DIFICULT. JUST A TOTALY DIFERENT GAME FROM LAST YEAR. THE GAMES ARE FOR FUN. THAT'S WHY PEOPLE PLAY. TO HAVE FUN.

Can't put it down
I'm a fair weather soccer fan i usually only watch international soccer and i have only bought one other regular FIFA game (FIFA 11), but i have bought the last 3 world cup games and UEFA Euro 2008. That being said this may be one of the best sports games I've ever played, It has wide a range of modes, amazing presentation, fantastic game play, and great graphics. I since I bought earlier this week I've had a hard time trying make time for other games such as Madden 15 and NHL 15. We'll see what NBA 2k15 looks like but i think FIFA 15 may be sports game of the year for me

BEST EA TITLE TO THIS DATE!
I have played soccer games since the early days of Sensible Soccer and followed the FIFA franchise throughout the years. FIFA 15 is by far the best soccer game of all time and I can't wait to play it more. My first impression was how dynamic the game play is with player interaction(you can really feel that EA has improved the goal keepers) , fan activity, stunning graphics and overall game flow.
I have often been hard on EA in other reviews because I think their games sometimes have been sub standard - But EA certainly deserves credit on this one. It is simply fantastic! Thanks EA..

Great game.worth the price tag
This is game amazing. Graphics re on point and this game truly uses the power of the ps4. Gameplay is smooth goalkeepers are much harder to get the ball around, making a better challenge. Few glitches here and there though like players running away from the ball but overall great game must buy
