DualShock 4 Wireless Controller
Great design, horrible analog rubber quality
I have had the PS4 for 2 weeks now and both of my controllers, one that came with the console and another bought separately, are starting to become disappointments. The rubber on the analog sticks are starting to wear off and even torn. It's so annoying that it's better off without the rubber. It's a shame. I love everything else about the controller.
Better Than the 360 Controller
This controller fits like a glove! I have never been one to like the Playstation controllers but I must say this one is really awesome. The two analog sticks work great and feel comfortable, the triggers feel great and work good, and I love how inovative the touch pad is even though I don't think they have utilized it to it's full capacity yet ( it doesn't get in the way either ). If the controller is what keeps you from buying a console you will love this one and this is coming from someone who had a Xbox 360.
great awesome best controller ever really good it is great awesome spectacular buy it awesome best console is great
Xbox finally has some computation.
PS4 controller feels so much better. And the features it has are nice. The touch pad is not like I thought it would be. It doesn't light up witch is good. You can just rub you fingers across it to do stuff, Like using it for Killzone is nice. It has a speaker on it. Which is nice to. Because I've got bad hearing in my right ear now. And doesn't use it on all games yet. But I'm hoping they start to. Joystick actually have a grip on them now. The only down side is me and my cousin have noticed there battery life is a little worse the the PS3 controller were. But it still maybe a little over 4 hrs of game play.
A mediocre Gaming controller
Being an Xbox Fan guy, the PS4's controller is very small and is very uncomfortable, sorry but this is my opinion.
New and Improved!
The Dualshock 4 controller is amazing. The size, shape, and structure feels much better and more natural in your hands than any other controller to date. The triggers and buttons are sturdier than those of the DS3. The only negative to the DS4 is the battery life. A full charge will give you roughly 9-12 hours of gameplay.
Def Need a second controller
Not only should you get another controller so two people can play. Since theres a light on the controller for the playstation camera to track it sucks up the battery ALOT faster then the dualshock 3. So unless you wanna play with it plugged into the ps4 charging every 3-4 days i suggest you buy an extra controller. Even without the playstation camera it still sucks up the battery cause the light changes depending on what game you are playing and what you are doing in the game. Killzone for instance everytime you die the controllers light changes from green to red so that must suck up the battery life having to change color and having to know that you died so it does change the color. Def worth buying
BEAST PERFORMANCE PERFECT GRIP IT FILLS NICE IT JUST LOOKS BEAST AS WELL
I HAVE A XBOX 1 AND PS4 AND PS4 WINS BY FAR
Not for everyone
Sony needs to release a controller for people with smaller hands. My wife (who was excited and loves the gameplay and console overall) can't use the controllers for more than ten minutes at a stretch without hand pain and cramping. The controller is simply too big. She found a DS3 controller that's perfect, unfortunately it won't work with the ps4 so that they can show off a controller feature that nearly no game uses. It's telling that many reviewers say the new controller is comfortable after an hour or so. That's not what good design ideally looks like. The whole point of "ergonomics" is comfort, not some sort of temporary discomfort for long-term gain.
Disliked of Analogue and footprint!
I infeirior to the ps3 and the touch screen is not useful yet!Various liked, so I did not like, that's my opinion
