Rated 2 out of 10 by FreeRPGer Should not have "Sacred" in the title.
Sacred 3 is a good game for what it is, but it isn't a true Sacred game. In fact, that's the problem: "Sacred" shouldn't even be in the title at all. Where Sacred 2 was the largest Diablo-like hack & slash aRPG with tons of loot, and a very good one, at that, Sacred 3 is more like an arcade-like Gauntlet game with *no* loot whatsoever. Its a good game, if you like the style, but I pre-ordered this thinking it'd be more like the awesome Sacred 2: Fallen Angel. Oh, how wrong I was. I'm very disappointed, as I thought I'd be getting more of the same, only improved. Not.
Rated 2 out of 10 by EnvyNo1 What happened to the Sacred Series?
A crime's been committed, call the police. The recent release of Sacred 3 is an abomination to the series if you're expecting the same depth of play as its predecessor (which was amazing by the way). Albeit the graphics and multiplayer being pretty solid, Sacred 3 is just blah. However, if you want to mindlessly swat things away with the same skills, weapons, and relatively no customization options for 10-12 hours, this game's for you. I'm a huge fan of the series, and am let down by the tragedy that is Sacred 3. I mourn the loss of you, dear friend. Sigh.
Rated 2 out of 10 by Venim Sacred 3 - Huge dissapointment
First off I was initially put off when it was not available for PS4. After waiting a week I finally caved and purchased it for the PS3, hooked up a controller and gave it a whirl. After playing for 10 minutes I couldn't bare the horrible controls and gameplay. I tried picking it up and giving it another go with a clear head but couldn't make it more than another 10 minutes before being disgusted that I wasted $50 on this game. I played Sacred 2 and really enjoyed it. Sacred 3 is a complete was of time and money.

As I just said, I'm excited about this game. I watched the preview videos on the official site and it looks awesome. Character diversity, cool environment; it looks fun. I played Sacred 2 and enjoyed it for the most part although I felt there were too many missions at a time. Still, this looks to be an improvement. I especially cannot wait to play through the campaign with my boyfriend, seeing as we haven't really had anything to play in terms of co-op. I want this game now! ;)
Rated 2 out of 10 by b27426 Looks like a PS 2 launch tittle.
I got the game on launch day. Played for about a half hour and found myself holding back tears as I came to realize that I just wasted $50.00 of my hard earned money. I could deal with the Gauntlet style gameplay. But what is unacceptable is the poor quality of graphics. Screen tears, frame rate, screen stuttering, and massive jagged edges. Deep Silver should be ashamed. There are indie game makers that put out higher quality games then this. Save your money for something better.

Sacred 3 is a small, more obscure game. Instead of playing mainstream games, I rather delve into hidden gaming gems. Sacred 3 looks fantastic. I like how it is still on PS3 which people say is "dying". Even though PS3 is still getting AAA games, people still say that. Sacred 3 has dungeon environments which gives it an RPG feel. There will be a few DLC bonuses if you pre-order the game. Glad to see that these smaller games are bringing quality content.

First i have to be bearer of bad news, this game ripped the heart and soul out of sacred universe.
1. There is no loot system, enemies will drop gold, and exp, and you might find a piece of armor to upgrade, and weapons are only available from meerchants. No more hunting sets, or trying to farm that one magical ring to rule them all, just a action game with shops.
2. only two combat arts, are available, and they all do the same thing with each class. These are your only source of dealing damage.
Light attack-your basic damage dealing attack that can combo.
charged attack- this stops enemies from casting breaking traps, and shields.
defence move- a simple roll like diablo 3, that can deal some dmg.
finishing move- insta kill enemies lying on ground.
3.weapon spirits- this unique skill allows you to buff party members while debuffing other skills. You have a chance to release a weapon spirit when you defeat enemies, and once released, those companions stay with you. one spirit enhances your Charged Hit but causes hits to drain your own life.
4.battle system- looks like a solid slasher, but lacks depth. Thing castle crashers but with over head camera and no jumping. At times the add mini games like breaking down walls, standing your ground against mobs, turning a lever.
5.level design. Gone is the open world of Ancaria. Instrad we get corridor crawler. All levels are linear, hardly if any room to explore. No levels like Diablo 3 desert, levels are more like the sewers, one direction.
That is it, Sacred universe is dead, and we get an over priced over head brawler.

This game is gonna be nothing like the other 2 Sacred games. They have destroyed the game. They have taken the open world out of the game. This is a complete and total flop of the game. Its worth 15.00 at best
