Product Details:

Pro Evolution Soccer is a video game built on pride, the pride that comes from making the most realistic soccer experience one can have within the world of gaming. Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 does not disappoint and this year, the voices of fans world-wide have been heard. Based in Japan, Winning Eleven Productions has instituted a host of anticipated changes that make PES 2010 the best yet. In PES 2010 you'll find yourself on the largest stage in digital soccer: The Champions League. Imagine you're in a 1-1 tie in stoppage time against Manchester United. You've broken their defense and are sprinting full throttle into a man to man match of wits and reflexes with Edwin van der Sar... Do you have what it takes to punch it in for the win?

  • Introducing Transcendent Visuals: PES will offer drastic improvements in license content, stadium atmospheres, player likenesses all the way down to the specific moves of the real life players. When you play as Messi, it will be like Messi is playing.
  • Evolution of Intelligence: PES will draw upon the real life excitement of soccer which relies heavily on intelligent defenses and offensive schemes. The AI is redone and will feature Teamvision 2.0 for a more formidable opponent. It will also help your offense to build attacks or to close down your opponents attacks. Gamers will be able to execute orchestrated attacks and defenses which involve multiple players at the same time.
  • The Power of Choice: In addition to the UEFA Champions League mode, players will have more choices than ever. They can choose any of the modes including an enhanced Master League mode enabling players to create and manage their team for a longer period of time. In addition there will be multiple cups to play for and an edit mode to further personify your team.
  • Online Reinvented: A new dedicated section of the PES production team is committed to improving the online side of PES 2010. More downloadable content is also planned. Konami has supported PES 2009 with the release of new licensed teams, transfer updates, etc, and this support will grow for PES 2010. Team and content updates are planned throughout the game's lifespan. These will make the game even more bespoke to the player's match day needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from AWESOME GAME, GET IT PEOPLE I would recommend this to fans of football especially because it has a quality that can't be beat. I specifically switched from FIFA to Pes for my ps3 because it is so awesome and fun to play.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good overall game but has a lot of flaws This game is a pretty good game for people who likes to play soccer games but it has a lot of flaws the biggest problem is that the refereeing is very bad and the online connection is not the best you will get in a game because till now i never had a good online game. Another thing is that some of the teams are very overpowered like Barcelona for an example they have a unstoppable offense that can't be stopped. Anyways its a good overall game like i said and its just fun to play around with it with your friends but if you are expecting a perfect game that won't get you mad im sorry to say this but you will not get it in this game'.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from switched from FIFA... i bought FIFA 11 when it came out and that it was a good game. i still play it, until yesterday that i bought PES 10.. i have PES 08 for xbox 360 and i gotta say its not the best..the graphics in 08 are eh but in 10 they definately improved..idk if its cause of PS3 or konami just stepped their game up. The one thing that kind of bothers me is the names..in some countries the completely mess up the players name but whatever you can change it in edit mode. in Edit mode, you can create and customize your team which i like ALOT...if youve never played a soccer game get PES..if you have FIFA, try out PES!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from not so addictive as before the game is not really addictive like the others PES. the game control is slow for player to react on my command. My most fav. part of the game is Master League mode, but this PES2010 gave a solid disappointment for this entire section. Master league is too slow for the player development, there is not much story going on during master league game play. graphic for this game is not too different from the PES2009. I am giving this game 3 stars out of 5. positive part of this game is that I can play this game with my friends as usual, it is a fun game, I can play this game for the whole night with my friends. Negative part of this game is that one player is very slow on the game play and development for master league. negotiation is also taking a while and hard to obtain players. I am really disappointed about this PES2010.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This game is disgusting. This game should be burned so it doesn't waste shelf space horrible horrible game, where do i start? My dad got this game for me for my birthday, and I was so pretty physced. I already had fifa 10 and i enjoyed playing that. So i put it in, and it took forever to load like 5 minutes and then after that i had to download some updates on rosters? That took about 10 minutes, and then the first thing i did was look at the menu. There aren't a lot of modes to choose from, and in fifa there is manager mode, be a pro, lounge, and online leauges, online games play friends and a lot more i don't feel like typing, but in PES there is so little. I then played a exibition. Once i saw the players in the tunnel, I was amazed, the graphics are very very good. But once the kickoff started, it turned out to be very very bad. There is no scoreboard like on the television, you just see a time running in the sides of the screen, In FIFA, they actually have those things like on TV which shows you what team, the time, and the score which is way better than PES's. The players do not run natural at all, they look like zombies running and their leg motion is not realistic, and just looks awful, compared to FIFA's the running of fifa is so natural and looks actually graceful and elegant. In PES, when the players are standing, they look horrible too, also like zombies. They are hunched over with a hunch back and looks dazed like he doesn't know what is happening. Oh and also there are no emotions when a guy is running or kicking, his face is just the same. If you say you don't pay attention to that stuff, once you score, the fans are quiet. The fans are DISGUSTING. Konami should pay some attention to their fans! They just sit there and the volume gets a little bit louder once you score a goal and there is a time limit when the volume stops and it is very obvious. Looks like konami spent too much time on graphics then on other things. In fifa, the fans are very good. They do chants, songs, and they are very realistic and the volume increases at the right times with no time limit when to stop and its just way better. You can also say you don't care about the fans, then listen to the commentary. The commentary is just wrong most of the time. It is very repetative and is always like 3 seconds late. i can score a goal and 3 seconds later the commentator says "He goes up the field and, OH its a goal!!" In fifa, there is a more wide range of comments by the commentator and it is right on time. You can say those are the little things of a game, but you have to know this too. The ball physics is just .. theres no word for it but its very very bad. The ball glitches every 30 seconds, it would go through a player's leg or go through the cross bar. Also one time when i kicked the ball the ball went all the way to the goal and it went through the goalkeeper's chest and scored. At the moment i was like sweet cool goal and laughed at it but once you think about it that could happen to you in online. im on a roll, the online is just bad. It laggs so much i just can't play my friend. I was playing him and it kept lagging and he just said its always like this. In fifa there is rarley any lag if any. EA sports are professionals and konami just can't compete every year PES's online is bad. The AI (artificial intelligence) is so bad too. Those are the people who are on your team or the people who isn't that is controlled by computers. Most of the time they just stand there looking like zombies instead of making runs which annoys me. I don't have anyone to pass to since they stand there and gets covered so i have to take it in myself and the defender stands there too which is NOT realistic at all. Also PES doesn't have licenses for some teams and your favorite team may just be a random name There are much more i have to say about this game, but i have to go study. Just don't get this game! I mean, the graphics are good, but everything else it is horrible and not even in the same leauge as fifa. take my advice, get fifa

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The way to go for soccer fans during 2010! I am a huge soccer fan, and I have been playing soccer games for a long time now. Although always an avid PES fan, last year version kind of made me disappointed. So, I decided to buy FIFA 2010 this year, and here I am to tell you NOT to make the same mistake. I simply had to buy PES 2010. I do not know what the guys from EA did with FIFA 2010, but the graphics are blurry, the replays and celebrations are out of sync, and the game just feels bad. From my perspective, it looks just like an unfinished game. PES 2010, on the other hand, is this year's leader by a large margin. The graphics, the actions, the feeling, the replays... Everything is just in the right place! And PES 2010 is here to prove that good game developers can always recover if competitors come up with good ideas. FIFA has definetly raised the bar in the last 1 or 2 versions, but PES 2010 is the way to go during 2010! Kuddos to Konami! There is still room for improvement, but I am glad PES is on the right track once again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING! First of all i have always been a soccer game fan and since 2004 i have bought every single fifa game every year. But i played pes 2009 and i decided that this year i would give it a chance. I played fifa 10 demo yesterday and i also played pes 2o1o which i bought and with enough experience i can defenitely say that this game beats fifa by a long run not just by the gameplay but the interface and customization. i can also say that comparing the look of this game and the realism of it, it also beats FIFA by a long run. This game looks almost real! and the shooting is incredible i love it . and if you also follow soccer like i do there is the UEFA Champions League. You can play exhibition uefa and competition and it looks just look a UEFA Champions League game you watch on tv it is absolutely incredible i definetly recommend this game to anyone buying a soccer game this year.
