Product Details:

Marking the next-gen console debut of Ubisoft's critically acclaimed series, Prince of Persia - The Forgotten Sands is the next chapter in the fan-favorite Sands of Time universe. Visiting his brother's kingdom following his adventure in Azad, the Prince finds the royal palace under siege from a mighty army bent on its destruction. His brother Malik decides to use the ancient power of the Sand in a desperate gamble to save the kingdom from total annihilation. To save the kingdom, the Prince must embark on an epic adventure in which he will learn to bear the mantle of true leadership, and that great power often comes with a great cost.

  • Classic Gameplay Reinvented: From huge-scale multi-enemy combat to dizzying feats of acrobatic prowess in gigantic environments enhanced by the Prince's ability to control nature and time, The Forgotten Sands will push the Prince's prodigious abilities to a not-yet-seen level.
  • A Blockbuster Experience: With all-out war at the gates of the kingdom, the Prince's abilities will be challenged like never before through the course of epic wow moments, be it by scaling a castle tower collapsing under bombardment or combating foes hundreds of feet tall.
  • Mastery Over Nature: Wielding powers of nature and time, the Prince will have unparalleled mastery over his environment and his enemies. The Prince will discover that harnessing the forces of nature itself will prove to be a devastating companion to his ability to rewind time.
  • Better Than Ever: Powered by the Anvil Engine used for Assassin's Creed 2, The Forgotten Sands promises to bring a Prince of Persia experience like never before seen. Battle hordes of enemies at once, explore life-like settings, and experience a more powerful Prince.
  • Return of a Fan-Favorite Franchise: Set between Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time and Warrior Within, The Forgotten Sands provides fans with a new chapter in the saga of the Prince, and an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the events from this series.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from under rated yes the gameplay is kindve dull but its a good game. its not the best obviously but there are good aspects to it. the beginning was kindve dull but it got better after the army is released. besides you get powers which help you get through levels and help to kill enemies. personally i think ubisoft did a good job with taking the original prince of persia and giving him more powers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than expected! Picked this game up because it was cheap and I really enjoyed the other Prince of Persia games. I didn't really expect it to be that great seeing that it came out around the same time as the movie, but it was pretty good! The story was pretty decent and you can use theses orbs you get from kills to buy and upgrade different kinds of magic you use throughout the game. At times it can be challenging but for the most part its pretty easy, it had a good mix of puzzles, exploration and fighting! ......................And almost all the trophies are pretty easy to snag!! ;-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good for the money I was pleasantly surprised by this game. I didn't expect much when I started playing it. But, overall, it was pretty fun. It's not very long (8-10 hours). And the storyline is nothing special. But, the puzzles in this game are definitely intricate. If you've played the Assassin's Creed games and you like the parts of that game when you have to climb up a wall and jump from here to there trying to solve a puzzle...THEN YOU'LL LOVE THIS GAME! That describes about 90% of the gameplay here. I thought it was a lot of fun though. Get ready for tons of button combinations.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty cool game for new comers to the game world Just finished "The Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands". Pretty good game. Simple. Easy to follow. But overly repetitive lol. Had to skip a couple places where there were a lot of monsters just because it would be a waste of time and at the point I was at there was no need since I didn't need upgrade points anymore. (Since I had all the upgrades.) Overall a B+ game for a New gamer like me ^;^ It's more of a "practice" game for me so I get uses to the buttons. The thing that kinda got me on edge though is the fact that I had to memorize so many button functions. Also, the Prince would jump in all different directions because the camera was never really where you want it to be. So you just gotta fight the game a little bit... I liked it. I would recommend!
