Rated 10 out of 10 A fun way to actually reach your fitness goals...
I have a few fitness games and I was curious about how this one would stack up against the others I have.
Well, it is different than the others in a very good way. It has several activities and most of them are actually really fun to perform and they do make you sweat pretty good.
You can just go straight to individual activities or follow a certain fitness program already in there.... or..... get this.... you can build your own program picking different activities at your will.
The Move integration inside the activities is phenomenal, it actually tracks your movements really good and it actually makes you work hard and therefore, you get real results.
I can guarantee you that if you keep up with the game and you are constant, (which is easy because the game is really fun and motivational), you will get results.
I am used to run 4-5 miles 5 days a week and lift weights (lightly) ... and I can tell you that after working with this game the first couple days, I woke up pretty sore.
