Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition
a stunning end to a already amazing franchise the first was awesome 2 was good 3 was a block buster over all this game is at the top of my play list i'm a very picky player but his game surpasses all other games that i have played EVER all around good game but i advise you to play all 3 in a row to get the full effect of this game is a progressive sci-fi rpg shooter that is the baby of many different games rolled into one i was stunned speechless at the first 30 minutes of the campaign i can spend hours on multi-player mode and the collector edition of it adds a new mission a new character and a new assault rifle and a new asset plus the 4 guns you get are awesome the sound track is cool and Normandy prop is cool
Lived up to the Expectations
Mass Effect 3 is definitely the most mind-blowing, action/rpg ever made. The story is just amazing to say the least. Sadly some of the decisions you've made in the past games don't really matter, but the important ones do. The reapers have finally come and all hope is lost, all except one piece, Shepard. You have to do the impossible to stop the indestructible. Everything you've worked for comes down to this game, except for the ending. I won't even get into that. All in all though, the game is great and worth the buy.
Epic game with a flaw.
Mass Effect 3 is the most fun out of the entire Mass Effect series. the single player is the best yet. the only major drawback is the end. multiplayer is fun to try but has no lasting appeal.
Amazing is the best way to describe this game. Nearly everything about it is amazing, the story, the gameplay, the sound and the visual effects are all amazing. There are hardly any down sides to this game with the exception of the ending which is very anti-climatic and does not do the series justice, but that does not matter because Bioware is going to release a FREE dlc in the near future to "fix" the ending. As for the bonus items that come with the collector's edition they are pretty cool as well. The tin case looks great and the fabric N7 patch will please any nerd. The comic is interesting but not a whole lot happens in it (It's only say 15 or so pages long..) Also the art book is cool to just don't read it before you beat the game, it contains a lot of spoilers. Overall Mass Effect 3 is a incredible game and the collector's edition is really worth paying the extra twenty dollars. Don't miss out on this game just get it, your not going to regret it.
Mass Effect, masterpiece in effect.
This game, like the previous installments, is amazing. The graphics are flawless as well as the gameplay. Everything is perfect about this game, especially the sountrack. Only con is the ending. So dissapointing. The other major con is the multiplayer. Got bored in like 2 days. Multiplayer is fun, and I understand Mass Effect is focused in single player, but the multiplayer could offer some ACTUAL missions, not some repetitive horde mode clone with 6 maps with the same name. Fighting the same 3 enemies gets very boring as well. Dont know how the top kids keep playing the same multiplayer and raising their N7 rating when their is no competitive play.
Great game up to the End
The Conclusion to the fight with the Reapers is finally here. Mass Effect is ambitious, robust, and the most cinematic experience you can ask for. I wanted this game to be amazing, and Bioware definitely delivered. The gameplay is tighter, the story is compelling and the decisions make you feel heartbroken if you make a bad move. The gameplay is more Gears of War with the quick cover movement. Although it is quicker, the Power Wheel (Time stops and you pick the power you want) is still just as annoying to use. In this way the Xbox version superior with the Kinect. Makes me wish that PS3 didn't lure me in with the Bonus Content from Mass Effect 2 when I re-bought it. That aside, the story is compelling, gives a good purpose, and has tons of replay value. Every decision you've made up to Mass Effect 3 makes a huge difference. There are issues I have, such as just trading up new characters with the ones that died, instead of altering the story, but I can't picture them having such alternate timelines in an already huge game. Certain decisions also don't make the cut and are simply forgotten, such as who you made the human councilor at the end of ME1. Overall, I do think the choices were cool to see in the finale, but they don't change the story or, unfortunately, the ending. That's my biggest gripe is that the ending is scripted to be the same no matter what choices you've made over the series. It was painful to see that nothing you did had an effect on the end. But the actual ride up to this point was amazing, especially with the DLC "From Ashes." It was so central to the story that I can't picture the game without it. As for Multiplayer, while it is really fun, it's also incredibly repetitive. I want to like it because the level system is great, and it has so much potential, but it's the same thing over and over again. It's essentially Horde mode for Mass Effect. Limited levels, the enemies are boring, and it's more competitive than co-operative. Overall, this game is great, but lacks the multiplayer ability (For long term investing).
BEST GAME EVER MADE....REAL N S###!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I THOUGHT ME2 was good but this game just blow my mind in everyway.like if u like games and you like a great story good gameplay and all get this game do not listen to haters at allllll
Amazing Game, sad it's the last of the series.
This game is amazing. It's so fun and addicting, and the multiplayer makes it even more fun when you're finished w/ the campaign. I just can't explain the game in words, its a must play. Sadly the first game is exclusive to the 360 -____-. This collector's edition could of been a lot better, should of came w/ more stuff since it's the last game to it's series, but it still good.
Eversince the demo came out that is all I have played. The process has been like this for weeks; Power on PS3, Demos, Mass Effect 3, Start. I cannot wait for this game to come out. The online MP is where its at. dont get it twisted thou, I love the SP and cannot wait to see the ending to this terrific series. MP wise, I would compare it to GoW Horde Mode/ Uncharted Gold Rush. I dumped so many hours into this demo with the limited 2 chars per class, 1 race to fight, and 2 maps. I cannot even imagine how many hours I am going to be glued to this game when the full version comes out tonight. Thats right I will be at the mindnight launch!!!
Can't Wait Till March 6th
I played the demo for this, and to be honest I didn't have high hopes for the multiplayer. But, after playing it my opinion on it changed it is so addicting. Im glad that I got my pre-order in online as soon as it said that it was available again. I am a huge fan of the Mass Effect saga. Im sad that I had to change systems because my Xbox got the red rings but i love this game so much that i got the Collector's Edition of ME2 for Xbox360 and as soon as it was released for PS3 I got another copy of ME2 with all the DLCs. Cant wait to play this.
