It's alright
The game to me is sound and solid. For the reason that it was the first ps3 game I ever got. The graphics are good however the controls can be alittle confusing and sometimes require button smashing in my opinion. But there's a wide variety of charecter selections along with missions and arcade modes.

Outstanding Fighting,basic everything else
Marvel vs capcom 3 has exhilarating fighting. But a lack of modes,And hit and miss online play. when I played my first match in marvel vs capcom 3 I lost badly, and this encouraged me to want to get better at the game and try new combos. The combos have endless combinations and look great and feel satisfying to pull off. The roster is good although some characters are questionable as of why there there but not that many. The only real issue I had with this game was online play when you decide to take the fight online you may notice that in lobbys there is no spectator mode which makes the lobbies boring practicly pointless if there's more then two players in a lobby. And when you do a quick match this happens almost every session it will say "failed to join game session'' and boot you back to the menu. I've had this happen to me two times in a row.

Capcom has once again ruin games.
Just mash buttons you'll win. Or choose simple mode you'll win faster. Game lacks good learning modes, you must continue to look at the command list from the start menu to understand what the the challenge/tutorial mode whats you to do. Lacks spectator mode and replay theater. Filled with bugs and online lag glitches. Absolutely no story line at all , balancing isn't even apart of them game. Just pick Akuma, Sentinal or any over power character let your other team members die and X-Factor. Along with a very bad roster of characters and is extremely lacking in good ones for example Megaman! Don't buy this game go fishing you'll get more out of it.

Best fighting game ever!!!!!!!! But why MARVEL
Its a good game and all but im more of a capcom fan than a Spider-man or Hulk or Superman fan. I want a Marvel V.S SQUARESOFT.

Get Your Buttons Fixed Now Or You Are Doomed
MVC3 is an amazing fighting game. Made by the creators of the world famous Street Fighter series Capcom, they really put a lot of effort into the works of this game. Of course, there are some defects. Some characters overpower others making some matches unfair and if you are planning to play online, don't! (Unless you really are good) People will own you bigtime. Also, if you are a button masher in like Mortal Kombat, Super Street Fighter, Street Fighter, Tekken, Soul Calibur, or BlazBlue, this isn't the game for you. All I could say is practice, Practice, PRACTICE if you want to become good. Overall, Capcom did a great job with the game and I think this is a great fighting game.

Nice game
I have to admit, for just 19 bucks this game is pretty awesome. There are so many characters form both marvel and capcom to play as (although I prefer capcom better) so the game is better and more fun. this game is also perfect for any marvel/capcom fans out there. you won't be disappointed.
