LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars
I have played the demo and from what i have played, this is the best Lego game yet. For one, the whole co-op has improved since there is now split screen. The levels i played were a whole lot more epic. The space combat has way improved, including the ability to get out of your ship at landing pads. You even fly a cruiser into a planet in one part. Gamers and non gamers alike of all ages will love this game. It comes to stores on March 22. Definitely pick it up.
No special edition? :(
I really expected a collector's or limited edition of this, why would you give one to Harry Potter but not to the best-selling lego game franchise, Star Wars? I think that was not a smart move on Lucasarts' part, or is that the Tt games fault? However, I still expect this game to be epic, I can't wait for the new abilities like Lightsaber throw and then the special weaponry for standard troops, like chainguns and rocket launchers. Wow, now it sounds like an all out war game, which it is, but it has humor too. If you're even slightly interested in the Lego games, get this, it will not disappoint, I can tell. This will probably be the best-selling Lego game yet, and it will also probably be the best. If the Star Wars Clone Wars seasons continue maybe we will see a 4th game, maybe throw in some Force Unleashed levels, now that would rock. Or is that too far for a Lego game? I don't know, but for now, this game will be a great addition to my collection.
This game is awesome. Picked up my reserved copy at the local Game Stop on my way home from work yesterday. Sat down with my 5yr old son after dinner and popped it in. Next thing I knew is it was midnight, and he was up waaaaaaay past his bedtime. We've played all the LEGO games since we started investing in console gaming about 2 years ago, and this one is perfect. Imagine taking all the best aspects of all the LEGO games as they've evolved and packing them into one and you have LEGO Star Wars III: Clone Wars. The graphics are great, story line true to the franchise, cut scenes excellently animated, and simple controls. Makes use of the split screen, and at some points is scripted for each player to be on their own individual mission as part of the greater mission. Only got through about 4 missions last night because theres some points where you really need to think a bit about what you need to do next and the boss fights have evolved to be a little more in depth rather than just swinging wildly and doing jump slams. Power brick hunt is a la Harry Potter where you have to find them while free roaming the Hub world rather than in missions, but you need to collect gold bricks in the missions to open up more of the Hub world. All in all a great game. Definitely win for this franchise.
Best Lego Star Wars Game Yet
The reason I say this is the best Lego Star Wars game yet is because of the everything. You can play as your favorite characters from the Clone Wars and a few from the Complete Saga. From the Clone Wars some of my favorite characters are Savage Opress, Anakin Skywalker, General Grievous, The Apprentice, and Count Dooku. From the Complete Saga some of my favorite characters are Darth Maul (Classic) and Qui-Gon Jinn (Classic). I also like the Spaceships. The Gameplay, Graphics, Sound, and Lasting Appeal are great. You will not regret getting this game. Hope I helped.
the clone wars: lego style!
Based on the Cartoon network TV show and the animated movie, Lego star wars 3: the clone wars is the events of the battle of the old republic against the fedral droid army between Star wars episode 2 attack of the clones and Star wars episode 3 revenge of the sith. Play as Anikan Skywalker, Obi-Wan kenobi, Yoda, and more; fight against Count Dooku, General Geriveous, Venteress, and more.
The best LEGO game yet!
LEGO Star Wars III adds so much more great features to like in this wondrous third installment. The singleplayer missions (there's 18, plus 8 bonus missions) are much more complex and some include space battles. The new conquest mode is very fun, but it's not very challenging. There's way more comedy this time around, turning the dark moments from the TV show into laugh-fests. The replayability of the game is huge because of the minikits, red and gold bricks, and character customization. The graphics are stunning on the PS3, and the trophy support is good, too. The only real issue that returned from the previous two installments is the glitches. Once again, they're everywhere. It's nothing that'll make you restart your PS3, but they're pretty annoying. I encountered three on my first playthrough... All in all, LSW III is in my opinion the best LEGO game yet, and the funniest one yet.

My Favorite Lego Game So Far
This game is AMAZING. When I first saw that they were coming out with a new Lego Star Wars game i got kind of excited because the Lego Star Wars games have always been my favorite Lego games. When i played it for the first time i was amazed from the beginning. The graphics are just a little bit better than the previous games. One thing that i like about it is that i like the combat system in this game much better than Lego Star Wars I, II, and The Complete Saga. There is so much that i can say about this game. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes Star Wars, Legos, or even both.
