legogamer Official LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes Review
I love this game, and I have been playing it for about a week now. The Graphics are amazing for Playstation 3 and Xbox360, but aren't so good on the Wii. The Gameplay was perfect, just like the previous LEGO games! Except I didn't like the flying in the Open HUB World. It was a bit buggy, and I could barely control the flying. (Superman, Green Lantern, etc.) The Sound was excellent, except the Dialogue in the game was a bit quiet! (The Riddler was my favorite voice actor!) There was one bug I witnessed in Mission 9: Research & Development, where it didn't allow you to switch characters in Free Play Mode. (The area where you battle with robots.) Besides that, it was a game I love and will come back to play.

Rated 2 out of 10 by bellanomnom Sequel to fun Coop game doesn't hold up to the 1st
I counted down the days to this game after the 1st lego batman was purchased for a fun, mini puzzle, co-op game for my boyfriend and I to play. I loved the 1st one! What I have played so far has not matched up at all to my hopes. It might be fantastic for single players, but the co-op is severely lacking. The worst part is the dynamic split-screen which cannot be turned off to my knowledge. The open world, although pretty with updated graphics, takes away the fun simplicity that I was hoping for leaving me wander around looking for where to go next when I just want to play through the levels. Finally, the auto save feature is nifty I guess but while in the theme park area having it freeze your controls while saving every 20 sec after you get a gold brick is annoying, not to mention the pegs disappear while you are frozen! In summary, lego games usually have a fantastic co-op feature, especially with their puzzles, which is one of their greatest strengths, they just added too many new things and lost that edge.

Just the thought of a new lego batman game coming out made me think that well, TT games is going to recycle the first batman adventure and call it a day! But when i saw the offical trailer for this title, i knew that this adventure would be 95% different from the first! Gothem City has a ton of tab-bits added from the ground of Crime Alley to the Ace Chemical Factory!! The best part about this title is that there is a free roam capabillity ( sadly, there is no free roaming on the PS VITA, which is extreamly upseting, dont bother getting this title if you have a vita, it is a waist of your hard eared cash!) the free roam capabillity was the out of the ordnary, think outside the box idea for this game! TT games had done an amazing job on this game and like i said on the title, it is an adventure for all!

Rated 0 out of 10 by osva One awesome game
This sequal to LEGO Batman is going to be the game of the summer (but I'm not sure if call of duty 2 is going to be released at the same time that Lego Batman 2: DC superheroes comes out . If it does then call of duty 2 will be the game of the summer)! Superman is not the only hero joining Batman, Green lantern,The Flash, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and Aqua man (basically the justice league) will team up with batman also to beat up Lex Luther and The Joker. And for the first time ever this LEGO game will have a voice (did you notice that in the description they put LEO not LEGO! LOL!)! If you gonna want to have fun in the summer, then buy this game! Or you can Pre-order it at Game Stop.com!

I waited for this game... Pre-purchased like a faithful Batman 1 player. While the graphics and the concept are so much better there are just too many annoying little glitches that should have been fixed. The screen split makes me motion sick- not sure if they should have kept that, when driving the car or bikes only Batman can reverse and Robin gets stuck and blows up leaving one to always have to drop out of the game and join in again. Not sure if its the saving function but the game flickers every so often switching the characters and freezing. I am not happy at all.

Rated 9 out of 10 by SlyCooperNumber1Fan My thoughts on LEGO Batman 2 DC Super Heroes
I'll just say it right now... if you don't have this game, stop reading right now, and buy this game. These are just a few reasons. First off, the voice acting. This helps tell the story so much better! In the first LEGO Batman videogame, the story was confusing because it has never been told, but in this LEGO Batman game, they can still have a story that's never been told before, and people won't be confused because of the voice acting. And guess what, the voices are great! The voice actor of Lex Luthor is the same voice actor of Lex Luthor in the animated T.V. series. Next is the amazing campaign. This is very exciting the second half, but is a little boring the first half. The storyline is great, too. Next is the DC Super Heroes. This is a great feature, but you only get to play as the full justice league on the last level! You start out as Batman and Robin, then you get Superman, then Cyborg, and Green Lantern, then Wonder Woman and Flash. Then in the free roam you can get more such as Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, Hawkman, and many more. You can also unlock vilains like Bane, Catwoman, The Joker, and Lex Luthor. You can even unlock normal people such as Bruce Wayne, Time Drake, Clark Kent, Vicky Vale, and more! My last topic will be the new free roam! Besides some minor glitches, this is a great free roam! Well, that concludes my review on LEGO Batman 2 DC Super Heroes.

I haven't got very far in it, but LEGO BATMAN 2: DC SUPER HEROES is by far the best Lego game in the series. If you liked Lego Batman, you'll love the sequel. Even more, if you're a huge Batman nerd like I am. Some people have been complaining about how now the characters actually talk, but I think it's a great new feature. So far the voice acting has been great. No Kevin Conroy or Mark Hammill, but it works. There are a couple familiar voices if you watched the Batman and Superman animated series from the 90's.The story has been great so far too, almost on par with some of Paul Dini's work from the animated series. So far, this game is huge. Plenty to do when cruising through the streets of Gotham in the Batmobile, and the new suits are very fun. If you remember from the first game, each suit had only one function like Batman had a glider suit and a sonar suit. But in Lego Batman the suits have multiple capabilities. My favorite has been Batmans Power suit which he's bulk as hulk wearing thick armor with boxing gloves and a missile launcher backpack and Robins acrobat suit, which he uses his staff that can turn into some kind of hamster ball. The fighting combos are pretty cool too. If I had one gripe about the game, it's the same one that goes for all the LEGO games, and that is lack of online co-op. I'll have more to write about after I get further in it. But get this game, you won't regret it

This game was more of a disappointment than what I expected it to be (This is coming from a gamer who has played every LEGO game ever except for Island Extreme Stunts) Cons: The story levels are overlong, extremely confusing, and have too many boss battles. Free roam is only truly accessible after finishing the levels. Otherwise, there is not much to do Pros: Nice Graphics. Good Voiceovers. Free roam is fun once it has reached its maximum potential. Summary: Only buy this game if you're a hardcore DC fan or if you have plenty of time and patience.

Let me just start out by telling you the voices of the characters make this story much easier to understand. If you have played the other Batman game, you will be impressed at how much better this game is than the first. If you haven't ever played a lego game, don't get the older lego games first, get this one! Believe me, this game won't disappoint you! The graphics really surprized me for a lego game, the graphics are usually not too great on lego games, but the graphics on this lego game are incredibly good. This game is great for kids, and lego fans.

If this game is anything like the previous Lego Batman game, or any of the Lego Star Wars games, then I can't wait to play! I really hope it's better than Lego Indiana Jones which just wasn't that much fun to play. I'm not entirely sure about the characters being fully voiced, as part of the humor is how they communicate with those non-verbal cues. I do watch the Lego cartoons with my kids, however, and the production value of those is good. All in all, I'm looking forward to playing as all the different characters in Lego Batman 2!
