Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fun for Bleach fans but honestly a rental Firstly, This is a perfect game for all the Bleach fans everywhere but it's kind of short and is most likely a rental in my opinion. The game's story mode only has 12 chapters and it goes by the pattern of characters will you play in the chapters. Although, the games main priority I believe was Mission Mode which you will be spending the most time of entertainment with the game and you will be able to select all 19 playable characters, one character was in the game because The 5th movie of "Bleach" was coming out that year when the game was released. This game is a crazy hack and slash that is similar to both Dynasty Warriors and Naruto Shippudden: Ultimate Ninja Impact. There's also Soul Attack mode but I would rather an online versus instead of that mode its basically there to send your scores to the leaderboards as you play it and I found it pointless. Next, is game's detail and graphics and I have to say they are magnificent and show great detail to the characters, background, and effects. It actually felt good watching "Bleach" on a video game. Overall, the story mode is short, the main purpose is pretty much mission mode and you will have most intense gameplay with that instead of Soul Attack there aren't many Bleach fighting games except if you've played Bleach: Dark Souls and Bleach: Heat of Souls. The graphics are great and give amazing detail to the characters yet it's kind of a downside there are only 19 characters to play as yet some many other characters in "Bleach" that would've actually fit into the game. So if you want to play this game because you're a Bleach fan go for it but I highly recommend it as a rental instead of a must buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Came close this game is very a good game for fans of bleach but for people who are not fans you will be lost as soon as you put the disc in your system. I started playing the game at around 8 and was fished with the story by midnight its no the longest game in the world. there are other modes to keep you occupied for a day or two but the replay value on this game is limited. i had alot of fun of with this game being a fan of bleach once you buy it just know that the replay value of the game is limited and there is no free roam which would of helped this game alot

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THIS IS THE PERFECT BLEACH GAME! This is truly the perfect Bleach game! I love Anime, and Bleach! This game is definitely for Hardcore Gamers! If someone says this game sucks they are wrong! Bleach: Soul Resurrección is the truly greastest Anime game of all time! It's even better than the Inuyasha game for PlayStation 2! I can't wait to beat Bleach: Soul Resurrección! I absolutely love this game! I will definitely be playing it again for my YouTube channel! I recommend Bleach: Soul Resurrección to all Bleach, Anime, and Hardcore Gamers! Once you buy it, you won't stop playing it! Buy it while you have the chance! Do what I did! BUY IT, AND LOVE IT!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from For BLEACH fans? Yes!... for the Casual Gamer? No! I have been a BLEACH fan since 2007 when I saw my first episode, and I'm also a Dynasty Warriors fan since Dynasty Warriors 2 came out on the PS2. BLEACH: Soul Resurreccion is by no means an AMAZING or GOOD game, and fanboy-ism aside, this is an average game. Based on the manga written and illustrated by Tite Kubo, Soul Resurreccion puts you, the player, in command of different characters from the anime series BLEACH and pits you against groups of "Hollows" (Demons) or "Soul Reapers" (japanese Death Gods). The stages are set on linear one way hallways that lead up to a Grand Salon style part of the stage where you will battle the boss. Clearing the stage and beating the boss will reward the player with Soul Points, which can be exchanged for stat upgrades and moves that will level up your characters. You will have to use each character separately in order to level up all of them. Fighting couldn't be any simpler. You simply mash on the square to execute combos and press the triangle to use your "special attack" (if you are in the air it does a second special attack). You also have an energy meter that when full, you can press the circle and perform a 'Super Special Attack. Then there's the Ignition Meter, which allows the player to unleash it's most powerful attack once Ignition is activated. The Story Mode is the biggest disappointment in this game. BLEACH, which has around 200-220 episodes of anime straight from the manga (NO FILLERS, which is like 120 episodes, something like that!)), only covers two arcs, barely! If you were expecting to see Ichigo VS Renji, Ichigo VS Kenpachi, Renji VS Byakuya, Ichigo VS Byakuya, Koryaku/Ukitake VS Yamamoto, Ichigo VS Ikkaku 9all those fights from early BLEACH) forget it, it's not in the game... The Arrancar Arc is missing a whole bunch of, well try and guess... ... ARRANCARS! You can't use Gin or Tosen either, Matsumoto, Kiba, the entire VIZARD squad is missing... I mean, c'mon man! Did I give this game a 6? I should have given it a 5! I know ONE PIECE PIRATE WARRIORS came out way later than Soul Resurreccion, but if you plan on getting an anime game, get ONE PIECE PIRATE WARRIORS, it's a more complete game!
