This game is absolutely amazing! its better than world of warcraft and Legend of zelda combined! Not only that, the animations are Terrific and stunning. Not a bad game at all! you get to choose your side and fullfill the ultimate war between lands and power! and featuring customizable options, and getting "Suitible" for war, you have the chance to go as Calvary, archer, or soldier! whichever side makes you win the war, it doesnt matter. Plus, what makes it better is that its in the middle ages, whats not to love about that?! everyone loves the middle ages, so if your interested in fighting to claim YOUR turf as if Tomorrow has no existance whatsoever, then this game MUST BE YOURS! (Featuring with the Xbox360, and PS3). Will you make the perfect General?

Like a lot of other people here, i dowonloaded the demo off psn. I'm a big fan of KOEI games, so take what i say with a grain of salt(i have a patience for repetitiveness as long as it's still fun). The demo is just that, fun. It's a style game i've wanted to play for a long time. Think rts, but on a more individual scale. you take the role of a mercenary leader, grap a group of units that are on the field and join with your allies to go stomp out your opponent. The demo is a little easy, but from what i've read the difficulty has been stepped up and a lot more strategy will be needed. I can't wait to pick this one up, and it's nice to see something besides the dynasty engine from koei :)

This game is awesome... think kingdom under fire but better. here is how the game works you are a merc(i assume it was in japanese) and you take on contracts for either the English or the French and go into battle with a main goal like take that keep over there. -you have a time limit for each battle at the end of it if you don't reach your goal they tally up the overall battle and decide who won. -you control your char that you make in the beginning and then run up to a group of soldiers and then your their captain and get their weapon as yours. -you can buy new soldiers and upgrades for your old ones.
Rated 6 out of 10 by DONNIEinAZ good graphics, nice game play but just average
really neat idea , and gameplay is cool. Graphics are average not great not bad. The thing that gives me a lower score for the game, was when implenting attacks and charges for your army they all moved in unision , and it made the game feel like synchronized fighting, just really threw me off while playing. And also when in big huge battle scenes in it kind of felt like you were losing yourself on the screen and made it some what difficult to see what your character was doing. If you can get over the "synchro" on the fighing moves its a good game.

After playing the demo on my PS3, I was actually quite impressed with the quality, action, and strategy that the game presents. Granted the game has by far the worst voice acting in a game since....well...ever, but besides that, you have custom characters, huge amounts of upgrades, largescale battles, and you get to command specific groups of troups into battle, acting as 1 cohesive unit. Looking forward to this one coming out...now if only we can get the heavenly sword guys to give them some tips on ADR.

I was a little worried about Bladestorm. When I heard it was a cross between Kessen and Kingdom Under Fire, I thought that the two different games are really good, but joined together they might be pretty bad. Thankfully I was wrong. The demo that was released on the Playstation Network was phenomanal, and fairly long. The demo itself convinced me to purchase this game. The style of the game is different from what I believed it would be. I wil hopefully buy this game or get it for Christmas.

I played the demo on my ps3 and i was quite impressed with the game play. also i impressed with the fact of taking whatever side you want in battle unlike dynasty warriors and u have to start a whole new game practiacly and also u cand make your own character and u actually grow lvls with different units such as swords and spears. this game would be a alot better if you could atk your self instead of just holding R1. i might buy it as soon as i get the money

Im excited about this game, you get to create your own character and take control of your very own army. The only thing im worried about are the AI's. From the previews I've seen it looks like the Ai's pretty much just do whatever you do, hopefully thats not the case. Either way the game looks to be one of the best for the PS3 this year, I'd highly recomend you at least check it out once it comes out.
Rated 10 out of 10 by Dare808 Love this game alot
I would play the game for hours if i was able to. I love using the Shield and Sword units especially when they are higher level than the enemy. This game is very addicting and is fun. A lot of people will enjoy it very much. I played this game mostly when psn went down. its very long and you can work between factions so you have more fun in this RPG

This game will be a sleeper hit. I played the demo on my PS3 and I was shocked. The graphics are dated but the gameplay is phenomenal. I plan to buy this before I Call of Duty 4 and even Assassin's Creed. This is a game for those who like conquest. This game will give us all hours of fun long after Halo begins collecting dust on the shelf.
