Rated 4 out of 5 by from glory day game This is an ok game so im going to go down the levels. The GOOD this game uses time control as its bass platform and it works well. And you also gain the ability to fly and even become a powerful flying goddess. Also you recieve magical powers like fire, ice, and more as you move along. The BAD almost every where its good it becomes bad like your magic. You have to build up your magic meter by hitting enemies, and your magic meter deplits rapidly when your not hitting enemies. Also very bad is spawning and respawning enemies. I really hate respawning enemies. Makes the game fell retro, cheap and boring. It really is far past time to give these two cheap tricks a rest or shall i say a proper buryal yes bury all. The grapics could have been done on the xbox 1 which really isn't bad. The graphics do not come alive, while their is some movement like water, it still fills like your moving in a painting. The enemys have a droid like fell to them with little detail or life to them. And like i said you can fly but konami takes that as well. flying was one of the shining points of the game but konami takes it for some reason. The COMPANY konami rarly goes beyond the game or pushes their games to the limit. Like rumble roses the characters really had no life, few sites for rings, little costume designs, and not enough attention to detail. it was better on the ps2 than 360 now do you see what i mean.Konami always seem like they want to go backwards. Or tmnt they imprisoned the license and done little for as growth. Its a shame those poor turtles are stuck in time. And otomedius it was too short. Other good games like kensei (which their is a huge market out for that type of game) and roller games (something like double dragon on wheels and is good) konami just simply let die.Only Snake has favor in the world of konami all others are forsaking and doomed to live in a poor village. All in all blades of time is an ok play, it doesn't take you beyond the game or pushes any limits ( it has that potential but, like most it never got that blessing to), but you want be mad at it in the end. Still needs more detail though. It sells for about $39.99 price drop $29.99. Their selling it for what its worth so they get an exta point. So pick it up you more than likely will be ok with it.
