Great for players who just wanna have fun.
This game is simple enough for players new to card games but complex enough for those masters out there. The gameplay can take a little getting used to but after a few games it becomes second nature. There a just enough twists and tricks to keep your attention. There is plenty of custumization, your character is fully custumizable accept the voice which realy bothered me. You can choose the atributes all the bakugan you use. Upgrades can be purchased to improve the bakugans preformance which realy helps. The story is lackluster but its bareable. The characters are totaly transparent but they fight like champions. All and all a fairly fun game i recomend everyone try it at least once.

Its good
This game was actually appealing because you can choose your own attributes and your own bakugan which evolves later in the game.... I highly recommend it if you like bakugan and always wanted to have your own bakugan with your favorite atribute......

Surprisingly good
I am not a fan of the show bakugan but the game was surprisingly good i liked how you could create your charecter, unlock other charecters, and choose your bakugan. The bad thing about this game is that when you beat the story there is nothing to do but unlock achivements and play 2 player mode.

not the best RPG
(the good) in this game you can make your own character, and you can play as your favorite character from the first part of the show,(the bad) the story's pretty bad,the graphics are not that good,it's to easy, and thier is no real point to it after the story.

A fun, easy, and different type of RPG
I never watched the TV series or played the legit card game so I was a little worried when I rented the game at first. I was worried that it would be hard, and confusing to play because I had no idea what to do or how to play. But after around 2-3 matches I really understood it and I honestly enjoyed it! I'm 16 years old, and I like to experience new games. And if you want to try a easy game, with some challenges from here and there and use your Six-axis controller in a different way than buy this game! Also anyone who can get the Platinum Trophy (PS3 version) gets respect from me! :)

Its ok
I should start by saying I have never watched the TV show but played the game anyways. The game uses PS3 Sixasis controls which do take some getting used to at first. You have to use the Sixasis to throw your Bakugan ball and steer it on the battlefield, and also in the shaking battle. There are three types of battles, timing, shaking, and shooting little emblems in a circle, and lots of cards to use to customize your deck. It all seemed like alot at first but really its not hard to get used to. None of the battles are deep or too exciting. In Bakugan you don't walk. EVER. You select where you want to go from a menu (if you chose Park, you look at a fountain image, and never actually walk around the park, you just select what battle you'd like to do from another menu). You buy the Bakugan from a store, so while you're collecting them you aren't out acually looking for them like you would be in, say, a Pokemon game. The graphics are fine for the characters and battlefield, but the enviroments are bland and are just static images where you select stuff from menus. Overall I think Bakugan is an ok game, and pretty easy.
