Amy is an astounding, gorgeously looking game. The story between Amy and her daughter is phenominal, and you can feel the bond between them in an expertly written story. The voices in this game are the best I have ever seen on a console, and you can tell the creaters of Amy took their time finding good voices to fit these characters. Every part of this environment is detailed, and the graphics are superb. No one does it like Amy and I dont think anyone can live up to Amy's heights. And the combat is just the best part, with detailed, and very creative combat that we have never seen in games, like hitting you're opponent with a crow bar. The enemies are varied and difficult, and you never feel like there isnt a challenge, or that your facing the same eneimies over and over. Never will you EVER have a problem with the combat or anything in this game, as it was made very thoughtfully, using the best of precision. Amy in my opinion is the console davier to the box 350 and PS3. Nobody should miss out on such an incredible story and adventure. The best game to be made to this day.

Amy was I'm sure a great concept and idea that has been molded into a shoddy "survival horror', that lacks any true ability to even be called playable. I put survival horror in quotations because not only is it one SUPER LONG ESCORT MISSION, but also the only horror is of amy straying too far from you and being catapulted into a world of glitchy darkness. It struggles to entertain and I left after pushing myself to make it halfway through but couldn't deal with the gamebreaking motion mechanics. Monsters follow you without end, amy is just a walking beacon that always finds herself being surrounded by monsteres, and this game is just downright BAD. Don't be brainwashed by the other "reviews" If you're looking for a good solid survival horror game, look elsewhere and save yourself a few bucks.
Rated 8 out of 10 by Fuerto Its Pretty good for a $10 game
This game is pretty cool, the sound/music is awesome graphics are great as you can see your character become slowly infected but the combat controls are kinda wack, if you die after you receive a checkpoint you lose all your items most importantly syringes which without are almost impossible to beat a level unless Amy is around.
But other than that this game is still okay i would prefer it for people who really like survival games not just scary, thrillers, and monsters.

Of course what convinced me to buy it was the price. It was around $1.99 when I saw it.(I have the downloaded version) At that price it's worth giving a chance. While I don't think this game deserves a rating of 2. I agree, don't listen to the other reviews. This game is not $10. At least it wasn't when I first saw it. Amy doesn't have a daughter. So that's proof that other person didn't even play the game. Amy is the little girl and the woman's name is Lana. Neither are related to each other... The motion mechanics definitely need some work. Especially when it comes to fighting the monsters. Kind of wish you could hold more than one weapon at a time. For example give one to Amy to hold when you need it. The game was quite short. Before I realized it, it was over. So hopefully there will be a second part the will conclude the story. I enjoyed the story for this game. And I'm anxious to learn more about Amy. Hopefully she will have more powers in the future. The sound was good. There was nice spooky music a majority of the time. The graphics are okay. Some things should have been a little more noticeable. I'm sure I've passed up quite a few items. It would be great if it had a better save feature. Instead of auto saving after a checkpoint. Allow the player to save exactly where they are. Also the ai for Amy might need a little work. If you're not holding her hand she practically walks off. :/ And I can't quite understand how she can keep up if you're holding her hand. But if you start running by yourself she's too slow to keep up. o_O Hopefully if there's a sequel there will be a little more excitement.
