Product Details:

Ellie returns as new light is shed on her relationship with Riley, her best friend from the military boarding school they both grew up in. After inexplicably disappearing for weeks, Riley reemerges in Ellie's life with a surprising revelation. The two sneak out of their school for the last time, leading to a series of events that will forever change both of their lives.

Naughty Dog continues to explore the themes of survival, loyalty, and love in their first ever single player DLC with The Last of Us: Left Behind.

Character Bios:

Ellie

Ellie has lived all fourteen years of her life inside one of the last remaining quarantine zones. An orphan, Ellie was raised in the boarding school run by the military. Growing up in this world meant being exposed to the daily horrors of the oppressive martial law and the constant threat of the infected. Braver and wiser beyond her years, Ellie seems to constantly get herself into trouble with the school.

Riley

Brazen, tough, and not one to follow authority, Sixteen-year-old Riley is the girl that even the big kids in the boarding school steered clear of. Riley hates the idea that she's fated to live her entire life in the quarantine zone. Their shared history of trouble drew Ellie and Riley to each other. They were best friends until Riley inexplicably disappeared one day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best DLC Of 2014 This DLC, bring us into the past of Ellie, This takes place 3 weeks before the time of the events of the Last Of Us. It brings you in and out of the events of Last Of Us, and Events of Ellie before she met Joel. This shows her with her best friend, Riely. This DLC shows how Ellie matured into the girl we fell in love with in the Last Of Us. We show Ellie a Happy girl enjoying life, but then we also see her have to grow up and happen to shorted her Childhood. If you haven't read the comic books then do they take place before the DLC, about 56 days before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome DLC well worth it! This little add on is well worth the price, if you had the season pass this it doesn't cost anything. Great story a little short , but still well worth the wait. NaughtyDog is a genius!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Short VERY short add-on. Took a hour to download, and a hour to play, disappointed by that. Other than that the story was pretty good noting compared to The Last of Us story, but thats to be expected from a DLC

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Near perfect The Last of Us is an amazing game with a complex character. This dlc lets you take a peak into the background of Ellie. This dlc, although rather short, was about the life and death of Ellie's best friend, Riley, and also about the time in between fall and winter in the main game. The dlc took about three hours, but was genuinely moving. I cant believe how such a small addition to this perfect game could make me feel so on edge, and also sad. My advice is that anyone who wants to see into the life of Ellie before she meets Joel, buy this dlc. It is well worth the $15.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply amazing! I've been waiting for this for months! This is a stellar follow up to The Last Of Us. The graphics & gameplay are just a great as the actual game. The only complaint I have...I wish the DLC was longer. Can't wait for the next game to come out. If you love The Last Of Us, you will fall in love with Left Behind.
