Batman Arkham Origins Season Pass
I loved the consistency for the whole series.
I have followed this game from the Asylum. And, it has improved each time and this time, I was even more impressed. I beat the story in about a week because, I had to sleep. It's been a long time sense I played a game all night. The view in the Origins is much better the Arkham City and I'm glad the fight engine was not changed. That is usually my problem with a series, that was my problem with Spiderman. I love the counter attackers or rather the martial artist! Because it's like a chest match and it breaks the routine a little. I loved all the bosses, now, I just have to buy the season pass to get the other story and the initiation. I don't play online although, I thought it was pretty cool. (I may reconsider playing online?) I'm sure there are other people for the challenge maps, I greatly anticipate finding out who they are and playing with them. Great game!!!!!!!!
great game but
this game is sooo badass I finish the whole game even all the side missions...... but when is the new story going to release??? I bought the season pass but I cant play as brightness day batman on campaign mode??? plz let me kno whats going on ???
Cool, but not entirely necessary.
The Batman Arkham Origins Season Pass come equipped with two different costume packs, two Season Pass exclusive skins, a Bruce Wayne mini-campaign story, and another currently unannounced story. Each item is released across a certain span of time. The Season Pass exclusive skins are available immediately after purchase. At the time this is being written, the first costume pack has been released. It, just as the second pack to be released later this year, contains five costumes for Batman (for use in offline single-player and online multi-player) and one for Robin (for use in online multi-player.) Every costume available in the first pack (for both Batman AND Robin) can be unlocked without paying for them. For example, Darkest Knight Batman is unlocked by reaching prestige rank for the first time in online multi-player and Red Son Batman is unlocked via an iOS device. The Robin costume is unlocked simply by reaching a certain level (7?) in the online multi-player. So it isn't really necessary to purchase this costume pack, but it's only for those who can't/won't unlock the costumes normally. As far as I can tell, all of the costumes in the second pack, except the one Robin costume, are in fact DLC and must be purchased. The second pack was available by pre-ordering at a certain retailer. The Gotham by Gaslight and Brightest Day Batman costumes are EXCLUSIVE to Season Pass holders, meaning that buying the Season Pass is the only way to get them. There are also the two story-related DLCs (not unlockable in game.) The first follows pre-Batman era Bruce Wayne in Asia receiving training from a master. The second story has yet to be announced. That covers the content, now the price. $19.99 is a decent price, and saves the buyer roughly 25% in comparison to buying each item by itself. If you can unlock all of the costumes in the first pack, already have the second pack (via pre-order or a code), and don't care about the exclusive costumes, don't bother with this. If, however, you can't unlock all of the costumes in the first pack, do not have the second pack, and you want the exclusive skins, then go ahead and get it. I bought the season pass, myself and was a little disappointed that I already had half of the costumes available in the first pack. But, being that I'm one of those who probably won't unlock some of the others, I can manage.
-Two exclusive skins
-Costume Pack 1 is technically available for free, because all its included costumes can be unlocked in game
-Costume Pack 2 was available for free from other retailers
Batman is the best and so is the series...
This game was put together superbly for a prequel. I was worried when I realized that Rocksteady wasn't doing Origins, but after playing it. I was very impressed. Game play, cut scenes, dialogue, and story was put together very well. The on-line content is just as addictive. Great Job!
